"Really great sushi in there?" we said after reading other reviews and driving past the place a few times....but its true! Amazing sushi-the best weve had in Cola to date. Nice staff, though they were busy and sometimes slow to get to us. Overall it was a pleasant experience and very delicious! The Firecracker roll is SPICY! The California sunrise is too, but less so. Great presentation of the food when it comes out. Sadly, theyre only open Wednesday - Sat.

Papa San is back! Joanne and I LOVE the Spider Roll and California Rolls! Everything is so tasty, enjoy it with hot Sake ! Waitresses are pretty and friendly. Driving from Orlando to Charlotte, we were craving Japanese and Saky popped up in our Google search. I told the server I was vegan, and she was very helpful with my choices. Delicious miso soup, Japanese fried zucchini, sushi, fried rice and udon noodles. My husband said the Wasabi roll could cure the common cold! Bummed that it was a stop on our road trip, and not a local spot, because we would be there weekly! Thank you!!

Hidden secret of Columbia! Went here not expecting much, just curious about why they had such high reviews. Now I know! Sushi was delicous and well made, tempura veggies were perfect and not greasy. Best gyoza in town. We also really enjoyed their mochi and got two each (every flavor is delicious). Definitely a Japanese restaurant worth trying and we will be back!

The former owners (from 2007) are back! Thank goodness! Best sushi in Columbia--period! Freshest fish. Exquisite rolls. Everything seasoned--well. Dont let the looks of the building fool you--theres a treasure inside. Of particular interest: ALL nigiri super fresh, Saky Tuna Salad, Wasabi Roll, Columbia Roll, Birthday Roll, Aged Tofu.

Service was amazing the minute you walk in through the door. Sushi was made fresh, wine selection was small but amazing. The only thing to complain is they were out of spicy mayo lol other than that this place is phenomenal. Its a hole in the wall.

Ive been eating sushi for twenty years and this is best Ive had, hands down. Every time we visit a city my wife and I try the sushi. We found this while traveling to Columbia and we will be back every time we come through Columbia in the future.

Ann and I go to Sakys every week. The sushi and sashimi are very fresh and nicely presented. The staff is friendly and helpful. We havent found a better sushi restaurant in Columbia.
