My boyfriend and I went there for the first time on Valentines day without a reservation. We had to wait about 30mins which really isnt that bad! Once we ordered (I had the steak and veggies, he had the steak and chicken) it took quite a while to get the food but the servings were spaced out so that it wasnt terrible. We recieved the broth/onion soup with our drinks (I ordered hot tea and the chef constantly refilled my cup for me - very kind), shortly after, we recived our salads (btw the ginger salad was wonderful, Im not one for crazy flavors but whatever they mixed tasted very herby fresh and tangy sweet - its worth the try). After that the food took 15-20mins before the guy started cooking but there were plenty of other shows going on to entertain. It was AMAZING! The show was better than many Ive seen and the food was succulent and tender. Soup,salad, hot tea, rice, meats and veggies - all wonderful and not to mention the shrimp sauce! Overall a 5 star rating, all that food +tip = $37.00!!!

This had to be the absolute worst dining experience ever! We (25people) took my niece there for her 16th birthday. We had reservations but it still took over an hour before we were seated. Then another hour before our cooks arrived. Our waitress was great, but when we complained about our wait, they offered to take the added GRATUITY off of our check!! So the owners were gonna get their money, but take it from their servers who were very nice and were not to blame! Our waitress quit that night, and after a MAJOR altercation w the owner and his wife, who were the most rude individuals I have ever met,we paid and left and will NEVER go back!! We have heard they are really bad about booking large parties and then not being able to seat the party for a really long time. The manager actually said this to us" You have all been here this long, you might as well wait a little longer" Had we known it would be another 2 hours before we would actually eat,we would have left!! Be warned!!

We were a party of 3 couples, 3 children and a Mom out on Saturday evening for a Mothers Day family gathering. Randall our Chef was outstanding, witty, fun and professional. His culinary skills delivered a delicious 4 course meal while his dexterous handling of knife and spatula entertained. Randalls ability to manipulate fire while juggling only a few feet from his audience was captivating. Five stars for Randall, who made the evening worth it. Two star for our waitress, who, while pleasant, couldnt seem to remember specific requests etc. Three stars for Sakura for not offering some unique Japanese dessert. Also have an issue with the automatic 18% gratuity...especially the fact that the cook, who in our case made the whole affair worthwhile, has to give up half the tip to an unsatisfactory server. I will visit again anyway..at least one more time.

We had a horrible experience here in 2007...over an hour to get our food, 20 minutes waiting for a check, no apology from the manager, etc. My wife wanted to try it again so we went December 29, 2011. We were in and out within 45 minutes... the waitress and the cook (Justin) were very helpful, quick, and spoke English. We asked the people sitting at our table and they had been waiting maybe 15 minutes before we arrived and the cook immediately came to the table right after we sat down. The food was pretty good and I never had to worry about empty drinks, etc. So overall, it was a very good experience this time around. We tried not to pick something too expensive...it cost us $40 for two (plus tip)

Tried to call at 8:40 to place a small sushi order for pick up. Phones rang and rang, no one ever answered. I live 5min away, so I went ahead and drove to the restaurant. I walked in at 8:47 and as soon as I walk in, Im greeted with "Im sorry were closed" I confirmed the time and reassured that they close at 9 and also made sure she was aware no one answered when I tried to place an order over the phone. The young ladys response is "yeah, I dont know but we are closed because we have to close and stuff." I will not return. Customer service was terrible. If you close 15min early to close, change your hours of business !

The cooks are always awesome, great food and they are very talented, the waitresses are usually nice too. The only complaint would be the hostesses. I was at Sakura for my anniversary earlier this week and upon entering the restaurant, the hostess was on her phone and we patiently waited for her to finish her text. Upon seating us, the hostess tossed our menus down and walked away without saying a word. When we left she was talking to her friend and did not say bye or even acknowledge us. If I am going to pay over $17 dollars for a plate of food, I expect better service. I have been treated better at Waffle House.

My sons and I have been there several times over the years, and weve always had a pleasant visit there. Sometimes it takes a few minutes too long to get served initially, but beyond that things generally go quite smoothly. The foods generally a bit better than average, but for the price I think its actually pretty good at a good price. The wait staff and chefs are very friendly, cordial. The decors a bit ho-hum, but I dont really go to restaurants for decor but the food.

This place was really good. I go to a lot of these hibachi places and usually the food is just mediocre. Their steak was really tender and their fried rice wasnt dry. Everything just tasted good. We didnt have to wait too long. They were pretty busy when I went last Thursday, and thats always a good sign. The chef with the tall white hat was pretty funny and entertaining. Over all a great dining experience. Id definitely would try this place again.

First time visiting this place seems like a really good place to come for Hibachi. The portions are very generous and will fill you up i could not finish all my dinner but its worth the price. Good food and very pleasant atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and engaging. If you order a sweet tea you get automatic refills.

Great food, chef was entertaining. The up charge for steak filet is worth it. So tender and juicy. Had my chicken done with teriyaki sauce and it was delicious. The scallops were large and beautiful but I did not have an opportunity to taste them. Will definitely go back.

I love love love this place! The managers are very nice, sweet and professional! Also they remember their customers!! The chefs are amazing too, very talented, great cooks and nice. Stevo is a great chef we will highly request him more! The food is amazing too!

Nice place, fun for family. Service was good. Chef was fun to watch and he interacted with everyone. Meats were not of great quality, pretty fatty & chewy. They need to update decor and tables, everything was old looking. Overall, would go back. Id give it a B.

The food,price and atmosphere was excellent however, we had a reservation for 7:15 and didnt get seated until after 9. Very disappointed! Whats the point in a reservation if you have to wait 2 hours to be seated and no discount was offered!
