First of all, they DO NOT serve "real" Japanese food. So if that is what you are looking for, this is NOT the place for you. The sushi was fine, not bad... typical americanized rolls with nice quality. The other dishes however, as an individual raised in Japan, I thought were pretty bad.If it wasnt for the sushi, I would have rated "poor-fair" for all categories. The tempura they serve was not properly fried, their Japanese steak is pretty much just beef cubes stir-fried with soy sauce and vegetables... Reminded me of those cheap fried meat dishes from a cheap take-out.Definitely not the quality I expected from a non-fast food restaurant. What I really hated is that they gave me that "pinkish sauce" with the steak... No real japanese restaurant will ever serve that sauce for any Japanese dish. Plus, the waiter there was extremely rude. When we were deciding our dish, the waiter just came up to our table and just stood there in silence with a dull expression... uuh...okay... how about a nice "Hi" or offering assistance? Overall, it is not bad as a sushi restaurant, but I dont recommend the "non-sushi" dishes. And I hope whoever goes there in the future will not have that guy as the waiter. I am certain that I will not return to this restaurant again. The sushi isnt bad, but there are places with better sushi with similar prices, so I would go there instead.

This is a horrible place! Place is dirty, kitchen is dirty, smells dirty, sushi is NOT FRESH! As a person who dines on RAW sushi 3 times a week for the last 15 years. I know Sushi and this is not GOOD. When we walked in a guy in the kitchen yells what do you need and I replied " a server." After 5 minutes we got a server. Our server was Daisy (at least that is the name she gave me) and she watched TV on her phone while we were dining, instead of checking up on us. After she served our food, she only came back to the table to deliver our checks. Never asked how our meal was, never offered to get us some thing different, never apologized nothing. Save yourself, your money and your time. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 I would. No wonder why the place was empty (only 2 other tables in the entire place)!!! Oh and they refused to give me the name of there manager!

Definitely the most racists experience ever today, I live in the town center of Ayrsley and visit the local restaurants daily. But today was the worse visit ever, having food being push to you without even acknowledging that the food pushed to you is even yours. Horrible staff with the exception of the one older lady who is always pleasant. Mind you it was only one customer in the restaurant, normally food is handed to you like a human not pushed to you like animals. Lost business for sure and I hope by others.

Its constantly the worst experience! My wife and I live close to the restaurant so consistently order takeout. As of today we have had our 11th screwed up order, and thats since weve started counting. Its never ending with this place. This past order they forgot 3 sushi rolls, and that was after they lost our call in order and we had to reorder it there! Horrible!

Decent, I enjoy their spicy rolls combo. I also have enjoyed their beef and salmon combo before. The only negative thing was dealing with the ginger dressing for the salad which I usually think is great. For some reason, on one and my last occasion, after consuming the dressing I had the instant and sudden urge to want to vomit, which I did a little. :/

The sushi is ok. I ordered a side of noodles and fried rice for my daughter. Rice was mushy and obviously old. They were an hour till close so maybe they tried to avoid cooking fresh rice. Noodles were soaked in oil and kept sliding off her fork. Waitress took so long to seat us, and forever to give us drinks and there were only 3 tables filled.

A lot of food for your money. It was good (I like my veggie softer but still good flavor). Missing last star just for parking. The parking lot is shared by several restaurants so there was no parking the first time I tried to go at 12:15. Second time, we went at 11:15 and it was no problem to get parking.

Im really disappointed in this place. We just moved into Arsley and was hoping this would be my go to spot. But the sushi is stale, tasteless & bad quality. I wondered why it wasnt busy on a Saturday night, its nothing compared to Cherry sushi or Rusans. So disappointed.

The ikura (salmon egg) was hard and crunchy, they charged us for it anyway even after not eating it and pointing it out. My girlfriend LITERALLY ended up in the hospital later that evening with food poisoning from the salmon teriyaki. Awful, just awful. Never again.

They couldnt serve the plate without one of the vegetables. Why not? Do they come pre-mixed in a frozen bag? If thats the case, why am I paying the same price as other places that have fresh vegetables? Not impressed. Also, they lost my friends credit card.

Fantastic food, definitely worth a try! The sushi is good, as well as the hibachi steak, chicken, and shrimp! The soup and salad are to die for. The atmosphere may not be as romantic as a hibachi grill, but for the price and quality, its worth it.

Come here often, the Hibachi Chicken excellent, they always accomodate our special requests due to low carb diet. Sushi is good and reasonably priced. We have been coming for over a year now, never a bad experience. Great and friendly staff

Food is really good but service is a bit slow. Employees are really hard to understand, I know they cant help the accent but they dont even try to slow down or enunciate more clearly when its obvious a customer is having trouble understanding.

The food portions, price, and taste is fantastic. Sushi is great, rolled up tight and thick. And you cant beat these prices. They even have a difference for 6 or 9 oz portions of their entres. Love it! And the good came out with quickness!
