Arrived and there were only 5 people at the bar. No on sitting at high top tables. All the waiters standing around by the bar chatting. I asked HR manager if the area was open to sit since we had been there for 9 mins and no one came by to bring menus. He said yeah someone should be by and then started talking to one of the other servers. Another 6 mins and I started to get up and leave then the waitress came. I ordered an 2 appetizers and 2 kids meals at the same time as drinks. After that we never saw our waitress again. Someone else brought our drinks and someone else brought the food. After our food came Never had anyone to return to ask if we needed refills or if our food was even right. One of the appetizers was missing topping but my daughter was hungry and couldnt wait any longer for someone to come so she began eating. The kids meals fries were cold but the boys didnt mind they wanted the chicken more than the fries. After being here an hour no refills and someone else brought us the check smh. No tip for the disappearing waitress. As we are leaving she finally appears and asked did we get the check. I wont be back to this location. The drive to Matthews location or uptown is most definitely worth it compared to here

This was my first time going to this BWW, as well as my first time leaving a review. The best part about our experience was the greeting as soon as we walked in, our food, and our exit. I asked for a water with no lemon, lemon was in my water. We ordered 20 large traditional wings plus large order of seasoned fries with bacon and cheese on top... we were missing two wings and our waitress Andrea brought out plain fries. When she came back with the fries, the cheese wasnt melted all the way. It took about ten minutes for our other wings to come out, but that was okay. She didnt apologize about the mess up; but what really made us upset was the fact that she walked past our table FOUR TIMES without asking if everything was okay, making sure we had refills etc. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or if she thought we wouldnt tip just b/c we ordered water, but I have never not tipped my server until last night. It was as if she didnt care at all . Next time Ill just go eat at the bar, since the servers act like they dont need any money.

This restaurant is consistantly terrible. I have been there two times in the past two weeks and both times I have left unhappy. The first time it took 15 minutes before I was even approached for a drink. 30 minutes later I received my food, even though I asked for an appetizer. The appetizer came out at the same time and was WRONG. I asked for spinach dip which the only prep is probably to heat it up. It took 2 minutes to fix so why didnt I get it long ago. Of course the manager didnt come out to apologize or discount or anything. My second visit wasnt any better. The managers are so inconsistant and rude.

We were not allowed to eat here because our child is picky and brought in a happy meal so we were turned away. This place will never get my money if it can not allow in kids with their meals. The hostess said you can not bring in outside food, so moms and dads, if you have a baby on formula or eating cereal, do not go to this restaurant. Family friendly it is not. I will never set foot in another and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Horrible job, guys! Disgusting.

Went for just a couple beers and dinner however there was a "regular" there who although was a little funny was obviously hammered and continued to be served. he sat by me all night talking my ear off and even though I had my menu open multiple times ready to order bartenders focused on his drink order. he made me fairly uncomfortable and crossed the line a couple times. I will not be back. he was creepy, beyond over served and I left hungry.

I really enjoy this restaurant, they have great yummy wings and their chips with cheese is great. Add some celery and blue cheese and youre all set to go. I enjoy going with my teenage boys and playing a game while we are waiting for our food and sometimes during our meal. Its a great family place. But, I guess I eat the food they supply and dont bring in competitors meals into the establishment. Be serious people.

What all BBWs should strive to be! Awesome service. Perfect, careful ordering. Great quality. Update: service is flat out awful during the day, and great at night. Something needs to change. Update update: Service on pickup service has gone wayyyy downhill. Order is always wrong, and information given over the phone is wrong. Have to wait in crowded lobby no matter how far ahead you order.

Appetizers were quick to get here, after that the waitresses tended to the people on the inside. We waited an hour and a half for our food and they brought out a single plate, and then the rest of our party had to wait 30 minutes to get the food we ordered. //Edit// The manager came out and agreed to not charge us for the food that was wrong, ended up being fine afterwards.

Im done with this place. We order from here at work all the time. Not ONCE have they gotten everything right. Not to mention if Im paying 10 bucks for a burger then give me more than 10 fries and make sure you put my sauce on the burger! The plate was a MESS! It never gets any better here. Never will. Idk how theyre busy.

Been here several times, the food is always good and our service is typically stout. This is the closest place to our house for wings to catch a game if we dont want to hit the Concord Mills area. I will continue to go here regularly unless another one opens thats even closer to my home

Its Been the first time to this place. The waiter was just great. He took care of us and was really friendly. Also the food was good. One thing. They only have Buffalo seasoning for the Wings. No sauce. We also had carrots on the side and a Fries basket to share.

Loved the food! Service was great too; our server brought refills without us asking and she check on us consistently. I only give four stars because they dont have a baby changing station. Very important as families also frequent this establishment.

I was assisted the moment I walked in to take out area. The only thing I didnt like was the wait staff hanging out and complaining in front of the wait area. Overall, they were very friendly and appreciative towards me :-)

We had very slow service, complained to the manager and received no resolution. The food was not horrible, but it certainly wasnt great. I dont recommend and I will not be returning.

I had snack wings with garlic parmesan and another with bourbon honey mustard. Both delicious! The food came out quick. Our waitress was great. The renovations look great.
