it is not great by any stretch of the imagination. However, it is the better of what Smithfield/Greenville has to offer when it comes to Chinese food. (not an endorsement of any kind) The place is freezing during winter as they are mostly take-out - so do not plan to eat there in mid winter or mid summer.

Awesome steamed Chinese lunch. I get the steamed chicken and broccoli with white rice instead of pork. The sauce they give you is insane! I drive by and drool for it. Excellent egg rolls. Its under 7$ for an delicious lunch choice.

The worst chinese food around. Tried 3 times and it was horrible 3 times. Serving sizes were small. Chicken fingers were all batter no chicken. Teriyaki was not even a quarter of the stick in size. Will never get food here again.

While passing thru we stumbled upon Tin Tsin Chinese. The portions are huge the food is great. I got the beef with broccoli combination and my wife the spicy chicken combination. Both were very tasty.

they have wonderful food. its delicious. the lunch menu has a good deal you get an egg roll and pork fried rice. its at a reasonable price. they also have combo deals. i love their food. its awesome.

Crappy chinese. Golden city on 44 is 1000 times better. Chicken fingers were hard as rocks with hardly any chicken. Hardly any pork in fried rice. Gen tsao lousy too

It would be 5 stars if not for occasional inconsistency in some dishes. If you eat there regularly you notice it. Overall though very good.
