April 2014: Food was excellent. But. We wanted to eat at the restaurant and they are really only set up for take-away. They have 2 tables for customers but one was being used by an employees laptop (no person) and it took more than 10 minutes before *we* moved the table and chairs for ourselves. i.e. no prompt service was possible for eating *at* the restaurant. They only have plastic dishes, forks and cups -- same as for takeaway.

Food was good. service was awful. i got a delivery order to my work. i placed the order online paying on my credit card. when the woman dropped off my order she was extremely rude because i didnt have cash and i thought id be able to tip on the receipt, which i was unable to do. she stood at the front desk of my hotel making a scene because i was unable to tip before storming out shaking her head

I order food here on a regular basis when my wife and I are in the mood for Chinese food. The food is excellent, the ability to order online is convenient and the food is always ready when you say you want to pick it up. We highly recommend the Ginger Tree.

Mediocre at best. Crab rangoon and lo mein were tasty, but the beef teriyaki tasted weird, as did the peking ravioli filling. The ravioli/dumpling wrappers were completely awful- 0.25+ inches thick all the way around. I had to peel the dumplings!

We got Hunan Chicken and Garlic Shrimp. Both had ample amounts of fresh, crispy sautéed veges and generous servings of the main ingredient. Nice and spicy too.
