A family-friendly tasty Chinese buffet Food-wise, it was good. The selection is a bit small, somewhat tucked away in a small corner at the back of the restaurant, but it was all good quality and fresh/hot. Their spicy chicken wings are particularly delicious. A unique feature is the Salad/Sushi station. Salad is pre-portioned in small bowls with sesame ginger dressing on the side. Sushi is variations of California rolls with (or without) raw fish on top. And then theres a fresh roll area (similar to the steamed rolls you would get at a Vietnamese restaurant) which is always a delight and quite refreshing. The restaurant is very clean and the seating is very comfortably spaced out (plenty of space for strollers). Restrooms are also clean and include a baby changing station (perfect for those with a baby such as our family). The only downside is the pricing which is a bit high at $13.50 for weekday lunch. But everything else makes up for it. Definitely give it a try!

A group of friends and I had heard that the buffet was very good, so we decided to have dinner here. Several of our group have disabilities and use service dogs to get around--mostly guide dogs, plus one hearing dog. When we arrived, the hostess continually harangued those members for IDs and refused to seat us without them despite being shown (in the restaurants own copy, no less) the relevant section of the Americans with Disabilities Act that prohibits requiring IDs for service animals. We were made to wait for more than an hour while many other large parties were seated and we were repeatedly asked to wait outside in the heat (or illegally leave the dogs locked in our cars on a hot, sunny day, where they likely wouldnt survive), despite the fact that wed made a reservation and that the restaurant was nearly empty. Eventually, the police had to be called. We ended up going to the local Buca de Beppo instead, who seated us immediately and without any problem.

I went there with my husband and mother in-law. because my husband raved about the food! I was very disappointed in how the staff treats paying customers! The male hostess was rude and when my mother in law passed by him to sit at our table he replied"Excuse me and made such a face that any 7 year old would blush!" When we were leaving my husband joked around with him and he mafe that very same face and made a sny remark! You can tell who the regular customers are, because they are treated better! I personally would not recommend this place and i will never go back! The food wasnt even that good! I only gave it 1 star because it didnt give u any other options! Waste of my hard earned money!

Astonishing location for Chinese food! Food is amazingly oriental and traditional! I love their chicken fingers, veggie spring rolls, crab rangoons, general gaus chicken and just about everything else! Come here for Chinese! Give the sushi a try too! Beautiful restaurant, with an elegant setup and food. Food is prepared so tasty! I love the buffet service, I think it is awesome that a restaurant offers that. Desserts are available here as well with the buffet! When I have been to their buffet, I have chosen ice cream and mini cakes! The workers are so friendly, considerate and kind. Highly recommended if you are looking for an elegant Chinese restaurant in Greater Boston area.

Especially considering the prices, this place is really excellent. A set of huge egg rolls cost only $3.95 and the large hot and sour soup was just perfect: hot, but not too hot, and only cost $6.95. Its the type which makes you want more. These are very generous portions: you will not be disappointed for cost and quality. Lovely modern decor, great for dining in, but I got take-out. Spread the word and keep the place in business. I wish this place was in my neighborhood at home. I was more than surprised, at the end of a very hard week of long hours at work. Ill sleep now.

This is the best sushi my fiance&I have had & weve traveled alot and have eaten alot of sushi! It is always fresh, so tasty, and constantly changing specials selection. You must try their "CELTIC MAKI" soo good! Their buffet is a huge draw, we have had it once or twice (we prefer mostly sushi) and it is a great buffet. The entire staff is friendly and gets to know you if you go more than a few times. The only downside to this restaraunt is that the decor could be a little better. If we were to move an hour away, wed still drive here to eat their sushi!

I wouldnt even give it a star. It was our first time at this restaurant. My party and I was seated next to a party group. The noice was atrousous, we personally had to approah the party group about turning it down a notch which didnt happen. Unable to even focus on the menu in front of us. Management was approached with our concern and to my dismay they were of no help, they didnt seem to care or even expressed and sympathy, horrible!! so we walked out. So didgusted left a bad taste in my mouth and a headache to go along with it, very classless!!!

Bamboo has an excellent menu that encompasses both Chinese and Japanese food, and the sushi is always fresh, with an ever-changing list of daily specials. The service has always been very good; we bring our baby with us and have never had a problem with buffet charge or seating issues - the previous reviewer either had a miserable member of the staff that day or someone who is no longer there, because I have had a nice time, every time. Good wine list for an Asian restaurant, too.

Great place, weve been coming here for years when we feel like a good quality buffet, which they offer on Sunday evenings, they have a lesser buffet, I think on weekdays for lunch. The Sunday dinner buffet is more grandiose, for instance tonight they had sirloin strip steak and lobster ginger and scallion style, all you can eat of course, plus many, many other choices and its very good tasting and fresh. Costs a few bucks more but its worth it for what you get.

Wow! I have had chinese cuisine from many parts of the country and this is by far the best. Its almost 2 hours from my house and I will make the trip! The crab rangoon has a rich flavor. The beef terryaki is made from tender cuts of meat. The scorpion bowl has a hint of sweetness to it I have never tasted. This place gets a high recommendation from me! If you choose to eat here, enjoy your meal. Thanks Bamboo!

We asked the waitress if we can switch an order and she told us yes thats fine. So when the bill came it said we had to pay for the dish we switched and the new one we ordered. Lack of communication is bad. Our waitress did not explain anything to us further ruining our dinner date. By the way her name is Xinmei Liu so watch out for her.

I had the chicken sesame and brown rice. The chicken was most and the sauce was tasty a little bit too sweet..but I still would order it again. The portion size can feed 2 people or keep it for one. The brown rice was how I enjoy it.Full flavored and cooked just right.
