I have order from this plenty of times and the food is always fresh and good but this expereince went sour fast. i made an error by looking at an old or miss priced menu online so my sub total was off when she told me the price and it sounded like 21. and some change no big deal i order steamed rice, egg drop soup and a pupu for 2. well the delievery showed up and the total was 30$ i was like this wasnt what ii was told when i hung up so the deleivery driver put me on the phoen with manger or owner and i explained my situtation and she told me flat out " i dont care what you saw for prices online i told you the price." i said excuse me i miss heard you because i thought 21 was expensive i certainly wouldnt have confirmed 30$ worth. moral she was dead wrong in customer service and at that point should have just give me the steamed rice, egg drop soup and the pupu for the 23$ i had ready but she said NO... terrible customer service and just lost my business and any recommendation from me!

I had a very bad experience here when I went with my family during lunch! The servers given us pork even after telling multiple times, NO MEAT! We realized that after starting the food, unfortunately. When we reported that to server to change, poor server brought the manager (perhaps the owner). he was rude and was not acknowledging that fact that pork was a mistake! Rather trying to blame us for ordering and ignoring our instruction given. But worst was, they return the food appears to not to throw rather to serve it again. After realizing that I said, sorry, you do not have to replace the food. I could understand that the server do not have any say on replacing food or anything, the manager bosses around the servers! Even though the mistake was done by the server I felt sorry for the server by the attitude of the manager. It happened to me 2 to 3 years back, but not sure if this has changed there or not by now...

This is the worst service Chinese restaurant weve been to! We were very courteous to the waitress despite her insulting attitude. At the end of the meal, she brought the bill and I was putting down 15% of tip. She came to me to point out that 18% was required and it was listed on the menu. To be quite frank, her service didnt even deserve a penny. I politely asked her to bring me the menu and found that at the bottom of the menu, there is fine print about 18% of gratitude. Ended up I did give her 18%. But the way she was demanding more tip and her bad attitude during the dinner didnt earn her the tip at all. And I believe forcing customers to pay 18% tip for bad service is so wrong, not going back there again, period!

I went to this place with my family. It was fine, the food was luke warm, but it was your standard fare for a Chinese buffet. However, when we asked why there are not free refills the manager began to argue with us, saying that she didnt want our business if we were going to "complain". It was a sorry excuse for customer service. They really need to understand the principle behind "the customer is always right". Dont argue with you customer apologize and move on. The free refills are besides the point. Your policy on drinks is one thing, but arguing with your customer is always a bad look.

I chose China Taste because it was higher rated than the other Chinese restaurants around, but it wasnt that great. The food was bland and generic. It was too expensive for what you got. Ive had much better Chinese food. Will try another place next time. Incidently, its shown in the wrong location on Google maps. Its actually much further west on route 20, next to Hannaford.

I have been going there for years, food and service top rate, no MSG Buzzes- the BEST egg drop soup I have ever had (thick, the right way) and once you are a regular they remember what you like. I am not a Szechuan fan, so someone with that taste may have a different opinion, but when I do venture to those items and request MILD, I get exactly what I asked for.

Ive been to a lot of Chinese restaurants (like seriously, every week) and the quality of the ingredients used here are superb. Cant go wrong with anything on the menu. They even have an off menu with authentic Chinese cuisine if you can read/order from the Chinese menu.

Have been coming here for years now. You can tell the quality of the beef is better than other typical Asian restaurants. The rangoons are to die for. Must try this place out if you are around the area!

Good place. Fairly typical Chinese food. Good selection quality is what you expect. By far the best in the area. It wont blow your mind but it is good and the place is clearly clean and maintained well.

Had hot and sour soup as a starter and broccoli/bean curd in garlic sauce. It wasnt overly seasoned and a great little restaurant. Appreciated the tea that comes with the meal. Will be coming back.

I have eaten there for buffet lunch about 4 times. It can be busy and a small wait on Friday, so I recommend other weekdays. The food is good and the service is average. Its a buffet after all.
