Pink Pig on Jamestown has always had a great amount of service when it comes to people working behind the counter. However where theyre customer service is amazing, their consistency leaves something to be desired. When I went in asking for their 60 dollar Pitmaster JRs Platter, I was shocked and a bit disappointed that they were currently out of their ribs, and it would take another 45 minutes to finish smoking another rack. They offered more brisket which I took them up on, but it left something to be desired as my father and I were looking to enjoy their top-notch ribs. Despite this setback, when the Pink Pig has a great day, their food is beyond amazing. Its smoky, its sweet and its savory. Theres nothing quite like it and you always leave feeling like you got more than your moneys worth out of this place. Again, consistency leaves something to be desired, but if they can work out the kinks to their cooking method, theyll give the other restaurants on Narragansett Avenue a run for their money.

Good BBQ, not great yet. I have high hopes for this place. Been twice so far, brisket could be better, more flavor, more smoke, the pulled pork was better, great smoke taste, I feel both could use a bolder rub. Both times beans were undercooked, not soft at all, same with the mac and cheese, pasta a little undercooked. Why no pepper available? The cols slaw and Mac and cheese could have used some. Solid beer selection, a little expensive, but we are in a tourist area and on an island. For New England BBQ, I compare everyplace to BTs Smokehouse in Sturbridge Ma. Best BBQ Ive had outside of Memphis.

I ordered two sammies. Instead I received two cartons of meat, with no bbq sauce. They were not served on potato rolls, did not come with cornbread which was all mentioned on the website. It was 30 dollars for two cartons of meat. Just so everyone is aware it says on the website that it comes with one side, well be careful they charge you for the sides. It was a horrible meal. Very dissapointed.

Stopped by a little before 7 on a Saturday. Was wicked excited to try this place out. Getting ready to order we found out they were out of ribs (beef and pork), brisket & pulled pork. The only things remaining were 1/2 a chicken and sausage. Low rating as I did not get the opportunity and was disappointed as such. Hopefully they get their supply fixed to meet demand & last thru dinner peak.

Went at 7:30 on a Friday night in May and they told us all they had was wings. Nobody was eating so I assume they ran out of almost everything very early. Maybe that means its good or maybe it means they dont know what they are doing. Ill never know because I wont bother driving 20 minutes to find out again.

Im not an expert on barbecue but this my second time. This time I took my wife Sharon. We had pork ribs with beens and pickled vegetables. All of it was great I recommend it to anyone that was a good meal at a far price in a outside picnic atmosphere on AC.

Great food with quick and friendly service! Got the half rack of ribs which seemed like a full. The bbq rub was out of this world, and the meat on the ribs melted off the bone. If I lived in Jamestown this would be on my regular eat list.
