I hired Carnivores to cater a lunch for the company I work for. Todd was so easy to work with. Planning was such a breeze - they took care of everything! The "Chuck Wagon" was a fun experience for our employees to see. The food was outstanding and hot! I highly recommend either their catering services or just stopping in to their S. Main Street location for a pulled pork sandwich (seriously - Id run across a 4-lane highway for that sandwich). You will leave with a happy, full belly for sure.

Great Restaurant! Very casual and relaxed environment. I like places where I can order up. There is a big selection of meats and several sauces to choose from. They have good nachos also. They catered an event for my family recent and everyone liked the food a lot. The Portuguese buns are great on the sandwiches as well.

Food was 5 star. Guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Service was good, ,food came out quick and hot. Three meat, two sides was just right for myself and my wife. Only reason for 4 and not 5 star, no alcohol. But packie is right next door. Try the fried pickles and house made lemonade. 100 likes.

My friend & I drove +45 minutes to check this place out after they catered an event for his work and it was well worth the trip. Great selection, great portions and enough sauce options to satisfy any palette. My favorite was the brisket & fried pickles. Cant wait to go back & try more.

The meat is great. The BBQ sauce is lacking in flavor and is a bit on the watery side. Also the hours of operation are off. I showed up 20 min before close to a find a closed restaurant. It was quite the let down for the group. Call ahead if your cutting it close I guess.

Everything was great, but the ST Louis ribs were to die for. I give this place 5+ stars St Louis Ribs - 6 stars Pulled Pork 5 stars Burnt Ends 5 stars Mac N Cheese 5 stars Cornbread 4 stars Pit Beans 3 stars-slightly under cooked but still full of flavor.

Best BBQ from 495 to Boston! Hands down! Been there many many times, and chef Todd is a talented, creative and wonderful chef with a passion for food and service. Cant say enough nice things. Try the food and that will explain how great Carnivores BBQ is!!

The sauces are good. Theyre exactly what they should be, but Id like the mustard sauce to be a small bit thicker. The burnt ends and brisket are great. God rub on the meat.
