I dont know how much the owner paid people to leave good reviews, but it wasnt enough. Ive been into real bbq for many years. I smoke meat on my Big Green Egg. Ive visited and eaten in Austin, Memphis and other places famous for their bbq. The pulled pork sandwich I ate here today was nearly tasteless. Tender, yes. But devoid of any wood, smoke or other flavors you expect in authentic bbq. I even asked if they smoked their meat using wood. I was assured they did. Of the three sauces presented, not one was strong or even spicy, including what looked like the classic North Carolina vinegar and crushed red pepper sauce. How do you make that one without any zip or heat? The potato salad side was even more bland. And the cornbread was too sweet and sticky. Perhaps the brisket or ribs are better. Ill never know because Im never spending my hard-earned cash there again. You want good bbq? Buy any jar if bbq sauce at Shaws and slather it on your food. Whatever it tastes like will be better than what they serve here.

Amazing staff, amazing food. The pulled pork was delicious - not at all fatty. There is a great assortment of bbq sauces from smoky hot to vinegary/sweet. My fave was the pineapple. The Fried chicken was super crispy on the outside, super juicy on the inside and incredibly flavorful. Baked mac and cheese was heavy on the cheese...perfect. Onion rings are some of the best Ive tasted and I was surprised to see them served with sour cream but it works! I could go line item by line item, but youll see for yourself. I found no fault with anything! The other super bonus? The second we walked in, we were treated like family. The staff couldnt have been any nicer. High energy, great fun. I LOVE this place!

I had the best time here with my buddy. Theyve got all the BBQ classics you could want, well priced and in good volume. I got the briscuit meal with the cole slaw and corn muffin. Briscuit was tender and juicy, and was served with au jus! The cole slaw was my favorite, and PHEW THAT CORN MUFFIN! And lemme just say that the bite of chicken and waffles I had was incredible too. Light and sweet waffles with perfect fried chicken. Ill be back.

When i walked in i automatically felt a strong friendly and happy presence in the air, filled with friendly and happy people.I ordered ribs and pulled pork with a side of mac n cheese with a "the perfect" drink,which was divine! The rib was so tender it basically fell of the bone.The pulled pork was seasoned to perfection,with a great side of amazing mac n cheese. All in all I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in town. 8.8/10.

So happy we decided to check this place out instead of going to Smokey Bones. I had the ribs and beef brisket. Holy smokes. Brisket was so juicy and tender with a nice beefy flavor. Ribs fell apart easily and were just super rich in flavor. Then I used their BBQ sauce. WOW, just heightened the experience all around. If you like BBQ, just go. Lowell needed this.

Whoever gave this a one star review is out of their mind. Giving them a one star review because the hours on the door are wrong would be like giving the Capitol Grille one star because you stepped in gum in their parking lot. This is the some of best BBQ Ive had, anywhere, ever. Good drinks, decent prices, plenty of parking out back, perfect.

Great food and awesome service. I had the fried chicken, my wife had brisket and daughter had ribs. All great. The sweet potato fries and macaroni and cheese were see some too. I also got a Ginger Ale which tasted like Ginger beer. Loved that too. Try this place and you will love the food and people. I wish we lived closers.

Been here a number of times this summer. Consistently delicious, always attentive service and I like the signature drinks a lot! Been with a few friends and everyone enjoys their meals. My only wish is that it was downtown, Id be there every night! But, maybe thats a good thing, I dont want to forget how to cook for myself!

Ribs where actually smoked and the fried chicken was perfect. They use some sort of pre fry chicken brine which made the chicken special. Owner is tough as nails and shuts that off when ever a customer is in need, perfect buisness owner.... plus the drinks are strong...

New addition to Lowell and its amazing. I had the ribs, collard greens, and baked beans. Everything was on point. If you like BBQ you need to go here. Pro-tip: if you dont get there before 4pm they may be out of ribs, they sell out quickly.

The first time the ribs were. 5, the second time they were fatty and not tasty. So average of a 3 I will try again as I like the vibe and try and support local businesses. I do recommend trying them and hopefully you have a 5 rating

Ate there last week....Finally....a BBQ joint where I dont have to drive 20 miles from home when I get the urge....Food was very good. Service was good and friendly....goin back 4 more.....

Service was very slow. Took over 40 min for our meal to come out, and some of the items were wrong. Very pricey. Two adults and two kids was $100. Not interested in trying again.
