You may think a one-star review is brash or unfair; surely there must have been some good in Golden House. No. I ordered and picked up 50 minutes afterward. Both the girl behind the counter and the delivery guy were unsmiling and cold. Paid and left without a "have a nice day". (the nerve!) The General Tsos is dry and slightly spicy, and comes with no broccoli. The egg roll was average. Finally, the cost did them in: $1.75 for an additional eggroll (1 total) and the combo plates come with white rice by default, with a charge for pork-fried. The only thing especially good about this place is referring to it as Golden Shower, which is close to what youll get as far as Chinese goes.

There service is okay but Im sorry... there food is HORRIBLE!.. Nothing against there establishment cause I love Chinese food... but Ive seriously never been this disappointed in my life & never again will i invest into this business ever. They also refused to give me a fair refund for the uneaten leftovers & rushed food they served me, no money back & no fresh food offered in exchange. so I left my 2 combination plates on the counter & lost out on a $20 dollar dinner for the day. SO PLZ JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY EATING HERE, YOULL BE TOTALLY UNSATISFIED !!!!!!

This was my first and last time ordering from here. The food was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! The pork egg foo young looked like a glob of burnt items pressed together, the boneless ribs were so hard from being over cooked that I could have used one as a mini hammer, chicken wings were over cooked, the general tsos chicken didnt taste or look like general tsos chicken, the pork fried rice was blah and even the egg roll wasnt good. Im giving this place one star because the food was delivered in a timely manner other wise it would have received no stars.

I usually love ordering chinese food from here all the time and great service and fast at delivery and food its so good! But the last few times Ive ordered its been not to good at all.... Tonight I ordered the combo C5 and a small egg drop sope, the sope had a LONG STRAND OF HAIR in it!!!! And the food was cold!!! And didnt tase as good as before I just think they lost their touch is so sad!!!!

Ordered food at 12-was told 10 minutes. Get there and couldnt go in. Very inconvenient to travel there and show up to you cant come in there was an "emergency". Whats the purpose of giving your phone number? Why didnt they call and express that info? Never will order anything from them ever again!!! Wasted gas and time.

I ordered a combo with bonein sparerib (charged $2.00 for substitution) and it came with TWO RIBS. Everyone knows the portion of boneless ribs is pretty big.. so basically I paid more money for less food.. Sticky wing combo came with 4 tiny pieces. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!
