NEVER AGAIN. This establishment must have changed hands. Placed an order for $70.00 of food, was told 10 minutes, showed up after 15 minutes, waited another 25 minutes, nobody in the restaurant, phone only rang once with another take-out order, and watched that take out order be prepared by the one chef working while I waited for MY food. The food was awful and most was thrown in the trash. Beef and chicken were tough and overcooked, vegetables had no flavor, and spring roles and dumplings were undercooked. There were four employees, which I assume were mother, father, daughter, and son working. Disorganized, yelling, no gloves when touching food, and the place was dirty. A complete waste of $70.00. Had time permitted, I would have gone back to complain. Never again!!

Waste of $20 Maybe it was just what I ordered but...the beef teriyaki was tough and chewy, the chicken fingers tasted overwhelmingly like french fries, the pork fried rice started to give me heartburn as I was eating it and made my girlfriend vomit. Because they cant get staples like that at least at least eatable and the food left me with an empty feeling in my stomach I am not ordering from Moonstar again. To top it off, the fortune cookies stale!

they are better options food is adequate but at times lacks taste. going inside the restaurant its a bit dingy but the but employees provide good services. i didnt have to wait long for my food. lastly the prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get

Worse Chinese food in East Providence that I have ever had. Both the chicken wings and egg rolls were overly greasy and tasted like fish. They obviously do not change their oil out. Would not recommend.
