My fiancee went tonight to pick up Chinese food, unfortunately he chose The Golden Bowl. When he arrived home from the 4 minute ride with the order of Crab Ragoon, Chicken Fingers, and a small pork fried rice, which somehow came to $20 even (two $6 appetizers and a $3 rice? 6+6+3 does not equal 20) our food was already horrible. The rice was easily hours old, the chicken fingers were soggy though there was no moisture in the container, and the crab ragoons would have made better hockey pucks than anything. Not to mention the fact that the food smelled like chum. When we called the restaurant to complain and ask for our money back, we were asked what exactly was wrong with the food. My fiancee calmly explained our issues and was told to come back for a refund and not bother bringing the food back. We got in the car and made our way to the store, only to be treated rudely, had our money literally thrown at us while being stared down by kitchen workers acting like bar backs (as if we were going to try to start a fight or something) not once did we get any apology throughout the whole ordeal. We will never spend another dime at this establishment and we highly recommend anyone considering this restaurant to look into Lukes Inn instead in Warren.

We got take out, and were not impressed at all. Inside, the place was falling apart and really dirty. There were no diners in the restaurant when there should be some sort of a dinner rush. The food was bland and tasteless ... just not good at all. There are much better choices around for Chinese food. Its like they dont care about quality.
