To begin with, the staff and service are flat out awful. The wait time for food is plain ridiculous, even for good chicken. Prices are a bit on the high side compared to the competition. But food quality is amazing. The staff here though is inexperienced and unprofessional. The inside is also considerably dirty and kept poorly. The outside is no better. The parking lot feels like a dirt road and is very dark. Which makes the process for ordering at the drive thru a bit more confusing. The bottom line is, if you have great patience and a good chunk of change this will do. But of fast and cheap food is what youre looking for, go to KFC a few blocks down.

Good food, rude staff. Ordered a larger box (16 pieces with 3 sides). The food was good, but given no boats or plates to eat off of. Went to the counter to get either or and the woman behind the counter, assuming owner or manager looked right at me then started doing something else. Stood there for at 3 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone. Went back to our table and we made due with what we had. Try not to be judge mental or racist. But sometimes things just have to be pointed out. People from India expect the world from you, but do not want to give it in return. They just want the money.

When fresh from the fryer, the food is good. Superior to KFC. However on multiple occasions the staff appears overworked, confused, disorganized. They will serve things which are obviously wrong, too old to serve, or just gross. They always fix the issue promptly. Its an attention to detail thing. Consistency is the big problem. Some times its great, other times its a train wreck. Go during peak times to ensure getting fresh chicken.

Do not I repeat do not visit this popeyes! If you get chicken ask for it fresh the chicken is out in the open and they have flies (at least KFC has theirs in covered warmers) also the rice and beans looked like it was sitting for 3 days I almost threw up, the beans are supposed to have a sauce. Even the biscuits are out just sitting there catching flies dont go unless you order everything fresh and you are willing to wait a half hour.

Service was slow as molasses in January and after about a 45 minute wait for some fast food we got the wrong order. Nobody seemed to even give a crap about it either. Would definitely not recommend unless you have great patience, a good temper, and a few years to wait.

Ordered at the drive thru, waited forever and they forgot half my order, as well as messed it up. You would think waiting a long time at a "fast food" restaurant, they wouldnt mess it up and forget stuff.

Great food thats fresh. Just dont stop here if youre in a hurry. Especially if its packed. I went there when it wasnt busy and it took them 15 minutes to get my order and it was a simple order.

First time in... Tables were dirty. However there is one Spanish girl there we always deal with & shes helpful and polite. Chicken is always juicy and tender. Its hood, but good.
