Ive never had a bad experience at Chick Fil A before. Every time I go the staff is always so kind and helpful. Today I stopped by with my 2 boys who are 1 & 2 (not easy getting out with them). The cashier was so nice she told me to get a table and she would bring me my food. She also got me a straw, ketchup, and napkins. There was an older man washing tables who kept talking to my boys and making them smile. He was walking around refilling drinks and taking trays. He went in the back and came back out with a bag and handed it to me and told me to open it when I got in the car. It was 2 stuffed Cows for each boy!!! So cool and thoughtful! There was another man who took care of my trash and as I left the building I had multiple employees thanking me for coming and telling me to have a great day. A staff member also held the door for me and offered to help me to the car with the boys. I cannot be more pleased with my visit. I will definitely be visiting the Concordville Chick Fil A more often with my kids. I really felt at home. Not to mention the food is always delicious and the play area is a hit and also very clean!

If your a fan of chicken this place is for you. Customer service is always top notch. The locations that have a playground built in are great for when I bring my kids. They always get excited to eat the food and play in the playground. I do admit I sometimes get tired of eating chicken. It would be interesting if they introduced something new to the table. I am aware that this could be a risk and sometimes its just better to stick with what works. In the end they get my business regularly.

Cashier older lady with the blonde short hair is very rude. She discriminates at the highest level possible. Please sit and observe. You will know exactly what I mean. Maybe she changed her nasty attitude after I reported her. However, she should not be working. She should watch her attitude because it will get her into trouble. Im disgusted with creatures of her kind; absolutely inappropriate behavior. Dont be fooled by her "fakeness".

Maybe I visited on their bad day, but I couldnt believe that a Chic-fil-a was capable of such poor service. Even my son commented that "Our Chic-fil-a is better and faster"; we are from Delaware. Despite placing my order online 3hrs earlier, I still had a 35mins wait. I believe they didnt review the order until I got there...smh! I will not repeat this or make the mistake of revisiting.

The food was great however the manager that was working "Tom" was very rude and unpleasant. Haggling his staff about who spilled ice tea right in front of us customers. He spoke to his staff in a manner that was disrespectful and unprofessional and in return the staff were disrespectful to him. The environment seemed tense and overall an unpleasant experience.

Everything about this location shows the customer that the proprietor cares. When the drive thru gets backed up, an extra employee goes out to hurry the line along by taking orders with a wireless tablet. The interior is exceptionally clean. Employees come to the tables and offer to get drink refills. Orders are ready quickly and everyone is friendly.

My family and I usually stop at this chick fil a on the way back from Philadelphia. The drive thru wait wasnt all that long and the food came out awesome, the fries were hot and yummy. Plus they filled them to the top, other chick fil as Ive been to doesnt fill them up all the way, even though I get a large fry. Excellent job!

The staff really take care of their customers the way customers should be treated. Very friendly, check on you to make sure everything is fine with your meal and make your dining experience Wonderful. This is a place I really enjoy visiting!

Even though I am not a fast food supporter I really like chick-fil-a. There are healthy options for people who like to be healthy. Their fries are really good as well. Pretty much everything. Clean place too, very well kept.

The staff was unfriendly and the restaurant is inexplicably closing at 8:45 pm instead of 10:00 pm. This is by far my worst Chik Fil A experience ever. This location is an embarrassment to the brand.

Very busy location that sits up on a hill next to a hotel. Parking lot can get jammed at lunch and dinner. If you see it busy, best to park down low and walk up. Food and service is like other Chicks.
