Would give them 0 stars but cant. Ive been their 3 times in the past 2 months 1st time they forgot my drink and all dipping sauces(I asked for a bunch since we had 4 orders of tenders), also I ordered spicy chicken and they gave me mild and they forgot my drink. I live a half hour away and wasnt going back for sauces. The second time I went there went better they only forgot my drink that time. the 3rd time( the last and final time I go there) they not only forgot my drink and sauces they also forgot my order of popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders luckily unnoticed in the parking lot and went inside and complained and got my food, well on my way back I realized the receipt said mild chicken I ordered spicy and they guy in drive thru even repeated spicy back to me so I tasted the chicken to check and of course its mild chicken and the tender were mild as well and they were also supposed to Be spicy, tAt this point Im half way home and am not going back so I decide Im gonna call the store and complain, well get this the phone number on the receipt doesnt actually bring you to an active phone its just a voicemail that doesnt even say you have reached Popeyes it just repeats the number I dialed and tells me to leave a message, which is probably the most unprofessional phone system Ive ever seen for an established business as famous as Popeyes.

The Popeyes in stroudsburg is horrible. First they gave me the wrong order and Cold chicken, the macaroni was so hot that it burned thru the lid. I came down to speak to the manager as I was explaining why I was there, the (owner) unprofessionally cut me off and asked "what happen" I was trying bein nice by not talkin loud so the other customers would know why I was there but obviously she did not care. She was horrible and even when ahead and say to me this was the last time she was giving me my money back as if she was doing me a favor! I told her keep your 11$ and give me my receipt back because I was going to contact corporate. This woman has no sense in running a business and that is why Im writhing this. If she was nasty to a customer I can only imagine how she is to her employees. Stay away from this place

If I could give it no stars I would. Made the drive to the Burg just to go to this place. I went through the drive through and the person read me my order back. Paid 18 dollars and they had me pull into a spot while they made my food. After ten minutes they brought me a bag and it was full of the wrong stuff. I got 4 seperate orders and they didnt get any of them right. They gave me butterfly shrimp instead of popcorn and it was flabby and gross. They didnt get any of the sides right. My excitement was squashed quickly and I had to go to another fast food place after paying 28 dollars for the wrong thing bc i was still hungry. If you go threw drive threw make sure your stuff is right!!!!

Service is hella shitty, no matter what you order you will be told to pull to the front and be made to wait 10 minutes for something that should take no longer than 3 minutes. its called fast food and they apparently dont understand this concept. the food is inconsistent, sometimes the chicken is undercooked and the staff is very rude and give you a stink eye look for some reason. They give you one honey mustard for 5 chicken tenders, when I asked for more they charged me. The staff was a bunch of kids that obviously dont care about the customer or the job. I have to blame management because the feeling must trickle down. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

04/05/2016. This location staff is rude and often gets the order wrong. If you order take-out, they give you whatever they need to get rid of. Today I tried to tell the woman at the take-out window my order was over rang. She insisted I was wrong, so I drove around to the price board to make sure I was right. Drove back to the take-out window to convey there was an error. She replied by saying, “So what you want a dollar or something?” She disappeared and after a short wait, the manager threw a dollar at me. No apology, in fact he said nothing at all. I love Popeye’s chicken, but I will not be going back.

sorry to say manager MOUSSA lost our business for good 3 strikes!as i spend 43$ in food and had a coupon for one regular side and 1 biscuit for free i told them before they charge my card ! now ones they packed my food i ask were are me free sides ad i was told that i cant get them since he has a other special at the store going on(dont make any sense since this was a popeyes coupon)! so i ask to get my 3.99$ back as he now refunded my whole purchase of 43$ and charged my card a 2time!!!!!!!! bad business choice !!!!NEVER AGAIN

No receipt, no napkin, no sauce with my shrimp, no side of fries offered with the meal in my bag, unkind reception at the window, and 24 minutes of my break used to get this order...this is not a complaint its a plea for you to do better. You have a community of supporter praying for your success and what is unfortunate is this is a typical experience...

Just called and spoke to the manager, a complete waste of my time. The last time there I ordered the combo to go, breast and wing but got a leg. Asked to be compensated by getting an extra wing in my next order. NO SATISFACTION. It is too bad that they are the only one in the area. I am not the only one giving them bad reviews for customer service.

Terrible location. Workers dont care, 15 minute plus waits with no other customers. Nobody taking orders for drive through 10 plus minutes. Had to drive around the building and beep to interrupt the staff just standing on their phones. Food is amazing, this whole locations staff just needs to be kicked to the curb

We took our race ream here to eat and the wait time was very long and after waiting no one apologized for wait said thank you or for that matter even acknowledged us. Sometimes a sorry for your wait or a thank you goes along way towards rectifying an issue. This race team will foes elsewhere next time.

i ordered mild for me and my kids and got home it was spicy!! went back and they gave me the right order and asked me where the three pieces were that were missing, i threw the chicken out! and they minus three chickens out my new order, first off they are very slow! i will not go back.

When I want chicken I want Popeyes . My food is always served right. I especially love there biscuits. The only down fall the workers are just Horrible. The wait time on line or drive through is just rediculious. The Managers are no Better. Sad just sad.

Purchased the butterfly shrimp combo as Ive done several times over the last couple of months but todays order was raw and the batter was undercooked. I tried to call the store right away and they never answer the phone.great customer service!
