This is the worst fast food restaurant Ive ever been to...the cashiers dont know what theyre doing....the frozen baha blast machine was broken tried to sell me half of a large cup didnt offer my money back, my daughters food was cold after taking 10min. to make.....I went back in and they refunded my money that they didnt want to.....Ill never go there again......they dont deserve one star

First and last time in this place, they take forever to make a simple order, clueless manager and apparently its the same personnel that were working in the one on Kirkwood highway. Dont waste your money in this place. Hopefully the owner pays more attention on the people they hire.

Dirty, dirty, oh and did I mention dirty. The restaurant is dirty and the workers are dirty. They look like they dont bother to wash their uniforms, sweep the floor, or wipe down the counters. The person in charge needs to get this place together.

Service is touch and go here. Sometimes you can walk in, and have great service. Other times not so much. Has a lot to do with the crew on duty. Sometimes it seems like they are completely disorganized. And the food is never consistant.
