I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! The girl that took my order missed 2 drinks. When I told her I needed 2 drinks, she went and poured me 1 and charged me. Then I told her AGAIN it was 2,and she wanted to charge me for the drink. Had it been a one time accident, it would have been no problem, but now this is 3 times you didnt hear me and expect me to pay for your error, nope! I asked for a manager and she told me there wasnt one and that there were only 2 people working there, as s she closed the window. I went inside to return my order, and guess who she had to call to the register?...the MANAGER!!! He asked what the problem was and as I was trying to explain, she kept talking over me, and was being incredibly rude. I told him that the girl lied about a manager not being there, and that she refused to give me the drink. He offered me the drink, but I told him I just wanted to return everything. So the manager refunded the food order but not the extra drink. I should have counted my money, because my husband had to go back inside to straighten it out. The manager apologized again to him. I will NEVER give this establishment another penny!

The cashier was new and no one was helping her out. I felt bad for her and kept trying to explain to her my order. I was given old and cold food again and I took it back. The cook was so nice to give me hot and fresh tenders that were huge he was awesome! But the boss or ower was so upset and made it a point to tell my husband that the food we returned was 150 degrees. NO IT WASNT! They cook the food ahead of time and leave it therr for hours. I wont be coming here again.

True story today sep. 10/16 evening was there place my order and more people too (8 to 10 people ) and none of the orders were right either wrong order or missing items now add the slowest service ever seen and there you have it folks a place to never come back again If I could I would give it a five start rating for the most slow fast food store

So slow! Sometimes I feel like when I get there (usually 5:30 or 6:00, so a busy time of day for them) there is nothing prepared. Or they are out of the advertised deal. Ive had to wait over twenty minutes before - for two orders of chicken tenders and sides. Despite the problems mentioned above, the food is decent and generally worth the price.

I work there for seven days and they are very nasty there were flies in the batter and the owner while i was standing there pulled the flies out the batter and continued to serve customers i quit that is nasty and people deserve clean food and me being the cook i cant work like that so i quit that was very nasty and u only make 7.25. Im good

Gentleman in the kitchen was quite boisterous and complained loudly for us all to hear. Not quite professional. Food just makes it worth a visit, but if another Popeyes ever opens up I would stop going here.
