Heres the thing: they mess up my order here every time but I keep going back so really is that a drawback? The service is what you would expect from fast food and the food is consistent with other KFCs. If its Friday, Saturday, or Sunday there are at least 3 places to get fried chicken in the farmers market but if youre looking for a meal under $20 for two people and/or a drive through, this would be an okay choice. Check your food before you drive away.

Hardly ever busy like others said and they NEVER have chicken! You would think a place that is never busy would at least have chicken ready? NO the only chicken they have it chicken legs! They NEVER have thighs or breasts.. Not sure what the hell these employees are doing? but Im sure is not working if they never have anything besides legs and mashed potatoes!

Well after waiting 30 min for my food i finally got it and it was cold. I figured the guy just forgot to give me my food because i figured it was the employee who was the one coming out of the bathroom stoned while i was waiting there too for him to get stoned in the bathroom. The weed also kind of smelled poopy not surprisingly.

You mfs cant be serious. Manager on duty was high hiding behind the warmer after i stated yall need to spray something. Cashier came from her car to take my order. The 13 minutes i stayed waitin for my order nobody washed there hands! HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDED. I know for sure yalll cross contaimation. Shut this place down

Showed up to the KFC on Dupont hwy, in wilmington de. ordered food at 4:20pm and sat in the drive thru at the window for 10mins b4 any one came to the window... pitiful... no management skills, but everyone watching... food sat there for that long. Finally at 4:31pm someone came to the window...

I bought two $5 fill-up boxes. They gave me 2 strips instead of 3, thinking I wouldnt check the box in the drive-thru. The other box has original when I asked for crispy. They also forgot the cookies. Its like nobody in the building cared about properly making the order.

I Used to work here for two years public warning announcement stay far away there dirty they reuse food thats left over from the day before also the sell bad ckn thats turning green and smells horrible

Every time I go thru drive thru here Im sitting there for at least 15-20 mins and am missing food half the time. Customer service is also HORRIBLE. I swear they hire the biggest assholes they can find

Food was barely warm, then as we were sitting and eating we watched the people in the back cooking and putting the food out with their bare hands. Needless to say we left and wont be back!

It is no different than other KFCs. It is hardly ever busy and the staff seem like you are bothering them by coming in. The chicken tastes great though so I will continue buying my KFC.

I use to like this place for lunch, but it is not clean lately and hasnt been updated in a while. Service is not always stellar, chicken can be dry. Not my first choice.
