If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks for my 2 year old. The mozzarella sticks come and the container is cold and upon opening I see the mozzarella sticks are still frozen. I call the store to report it and the girl is rude telling me that doesnt sound right and what do i want her to do about it. I then asked for the manager Jacob who was just as rude and tells me that he doesnt understand how that could happen and that he will send new ones but it will take a half hour. Neither employee could say Im sorry or have any type of empathy. Bad customer size!!

This is the first time I ordered from here and its going to be the last. Pizza was doughy, there was hardly any cheese on it. I also ordered boneless wings. Couple of them were decent pieces the rest were literally the size of a dime and the sauce was not right. I was excited that a Pizza Hut opened near me but Im not impressed with their product.

Tried calling to see if they were open and the phone rang almost 2 minutes before they answered. Rude employees, not friendly. The pan pizza was skimpy on the toppings and raw inside... not baked enough. The floor inside the store was dirty and so were the windows and soda area. An employee was eating pizza behind the counter in the prep area.

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza today and I dont know what youre doing with skimping on the ingredients, but that was the blandest pizza I ever had from you guys. Keep up the bad work, cause its convincing me I dont need to do pizzas anymore from Pizza Hut. I always order this pizza and I never had it this bad.

That was the worst stuffed crust pizza I ever had from your store. The crust and sauce were very bland. There was no taste at all. We didnt finish the pie, it wasnt worth it. We were regular customers, I think that will change.
