Unbelievably negative experience. We ordered a few minutes before 5 on a Sunday afternoon - not a busy time for a pizza place, right? I told the woman I spoke with on the phone that I would like to order a special listed on their website. It took about 5 minutes for her to even understand what I was ASKING, let alone to place the order. Finally placed, she said we could pick it up in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later the cashier at the restaurant (whose attention I had to wrestle away from her phone which she was playing with at the counter) told me they hadnt even started making the pie. While waiting at the restaurant for our order we were asked at least twice whether we were "sure" we had placed the right order. UNBELIEVABLE. A few minutes before 6 we got our pizza. No apologies. No explanations. The cashier just handed it to me, blank-faced, her other hand on her phone. I told them this was the worst service I had ever received and would not be returning. They literally just looked at me and blinked. 10 minutes later when we opened the pizza box, the dough was half-raw and unevenly baked. Do not risk it with this place. Dimaios is more affordable, has actual NORMAL customer service, and offers delicious pizza. Never patronizing Feasta Pizza ever again.

Just ordered delivery at 7 pm and just now they bring our food over an hour and a half later only to find out not a single thing we ordered was there.... orderd a cheese steak instead got a cheese pizza orderd an eggplant sandwich got a chicken wrap and ordered kids tortalini with alfrado sauce and got tortalini in red sauce that was at least the closest thing to being right... but its now 9pm and have nothing for dinner we wanted, not the 1st or second time this has happened so we are done such a shame most of the time food is good when its what u were expecting...they need to get rid of the idiots behind the register those girls dont know their heads from holes in the ground! After all the bad reveiws u would think they would make changes!

My gf and i ordered wraps and fries from here. She got the caprese wrap and it was soggy like a wet noodle and the chicken was PLAIN with no seasoning or flavor. My buffalo chicken wrap was also soggy like a wet noodle and just tasted like unseasoned chicken with buffalo sauce. We are pizza connoisseurs and know good pizza and my god the pizza here is way over rated. Those local to hellertown need to try cafe erica pizza and roma. Better cheesesteaks at roma and better pizza at cafe Erica.

I wouldnt even give it 1 star but it is my only option. I understand that tonight is a Friday night and you could be busy but to not answer the phone at all is unacceptable. After 30 minutes of calling someone finally answer asks to take my order and as soon as I start talking i get hung up on. Then tried calling again just to not be answered again. Shame on your business for not giving any customer service.

These Cupcakes with negative complaints should go somewhere else or make their own pizza. OMG It looks like their lives were turned upside down. Kiddies.... you think this is bad ? Just wait until you experience life. The pizza is great....the service is excellent.... go somewhere else... I am sure you will complain no matter where you go. Such is the life of a "cupcake "

Horrible. Every single time we get delivery its an hour and a half after being told 45 minutes. Then they give us the wrong pizza and the snotty girl on the phone acts like shes doing a favor sending the right one back. Didnt credit is like they promised. Just awful. Avoid this place.

Had to wait an hour after being told to wait 20 minutes. Everyone was confused, none of the staff knew what was going on or whose order was whose. And when we finally got our pizza half of the cheese was missing. Terrible experience and service.

Wow. Just wow. What an experience. I feel like I was levitating when I ate my first slice. Almost as if I was hovering above my own body as I ate. I would never compete against this place and open my own pizza place. I would surely loose.

NICE ATMOSPHERE AND VERY AFFORDABLE. GOOD HOME ITALIAN COOKING . I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. YOU NEED TO GO ON A FRIDAY SATURDAY OR SUNDAY AND GET ONE OF THE SPECIALS , THEY ALL ARE GREAT

This is by far the best I have ate in Bethlehem, It has great home cooked meals, and very tasty. Its fresh and you get your moneys worth for sure. Would recommend it, and will definitely eat their food again

Ordered a cheesesteak stromboli with mushrooms! Piping hot and perfectly done. Could feed 5 people with this beast, under $20. If youre passing through I recommend this spot, pizza looked good too.

Pizza here is excellent, stopped here on my way home. I have found that good pizza is harder to come by, but like I said you dont have to worry about that here.
