Our group of 4 went here for the first time tonight. We sat at the front for a while without being seated, so we walked further in and finally had a waitress spot us and seat us. The food was okay, nothing great, a little pricey, but it was good. When it was brought out she handed me a bowl of white rice and just said "were out of brown tonight, so you have this". That was a little strange, youd think they would have told me beforehand, or at least given me an option. Then, the bill came, and one of the other girls noticed she had been overcharged. We asked for a menu to see if it was our mistake, or theirs, and it was theirs. So she showed them the correct pricing and was told "So?" So, she should be refunded the difference. They argued about how maybe the menu had gotten scratched or something, but it was the same on the other menus. So she asked her once again to refund her the difference, and was told they wouldnt. But, offered a gift card. She asked them to cancel her other payment, and just charge her the correct amount. Again, they refused, and came back with $2 and said that was that. $2 was NOT the difference, she was still owed/overcharged. I think that is some of the worst service/management I have ever seen. To overcharge your customer and then just say "so?" and not correct it, when you are in the wrong? No way will we ever go back there. Thats very dishonest and unethical. We go out to dinner a lot, and this is one place that will never get our business again.

We were driving around Watertown Trying to find somewhere decent to eat. It didnt look like much from the outside but we decided to go in and its really nice on the inside. It was completely empty when we got there, which almost scared us off. But the food was delicious and the service was great. Definitely the place to go especially if youre looking for sushi, though there are other options. It was by far the best food weve found in the Rochester, Ithaca and Oswego areas. Also one of the very few places with healthy options (seaweed salad is amazing). Around 15 dollars for a meal. definitely try it!!!!

Very bland- tried several dishes- pad Thai, spring rolls, spicy Thai crunchy chicken, chicken satay, and fried rice--the crunchy chicken was just a chicken breast fried in panko- no flavor at all- the dipping sauce was just ok- satay was bland- chicken pad Thai was horrible!!! Tasted fishy, as did the rice- which were both chicken!!! Very pricy for lunch- $60!!! Maybe they are more of a sushi place but I do not eat sushi- would never go back. Service was good and the atmosphere was nice but the food was horrible! Too bad too- Watertown needs more exotic options.

I asked for Thai tea and it tasted horrible. I expected the traditional, lovely Thai tea but what they served me has an orange color, it was creamy and super sweet. The lemon grass soup didnt have the punch its supposed to have. It was bland. Had only one scallop and one shrimp. The yellow tail special was not bad. The fish was fresh and so was everything else. I suppose they are Japanese, not Thai and for that reason the Thai food was not the best. I suppose Ill have to come back to taste more sushi and sashimi and see how that goes.

I would give this place less than 1 star of i could. First off they never are even that busy, so if you want to dance, you may be the only dancing, plus the music sucks. Furthermore, the drinks are not even decent. Also can you believe they charge to get in here, and not only charge, but over charge! We were charged 20 dollars each to get in and the club wasnt even half full! Add in that if you are white you are completely ignored and bam worst bar in watertown, heres hoping this place gets shut down and soon!

Eating this place just feel like you are eating at NYC some kinda the nice restaurant, nice pool area and nice sushi bar, nice huge cocktail bar, and they got a private party room, FYI it can accumulate with 20-25 people, how cool is that, oh, got a big HD TV and the celling looks so beautiful. Me and my friends love there so much, we decided to get our party there soon.

The decor and atmosphere is fantastic. The service was friendly and quick. The food was excellent with very fresh vegetables. My wife and I have dined here twice in the last week and cant stop talking about the delicious food. Also they have a huge menu - sushi, Hibachi Grill, hand rolls .... and dont be fooled by the name - this restaurant isnt only for Couples!

My favor dishes from there are so many to name them: fried cheese gyoza, Thai spiced chicken wrap, Vietnamese summer roll, Thai pineapple shrimp, Thai mango chicken, Bangkok steak.....woo......there are more to name. anyways just love the food there. and they do fast and amazing online ordering, its so easy and you can pay online. I havent eaten there in person yet, but tried their websites takeout ordering feature. There is no way to pay via the site, only when you pick it up. The food was excellent, but I wasnt informed when the meal was prepared. In the end I called them only to find out my meal was ready, but they had neither phoned nor emailed me. prices are high.

It was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really like the Fried Rice and the Singapore Mei Fun Noodles. These dishes were taken by my parents. I just literally took a bite size of each and it tasted great! Every dish Ive tasted had its own unique taste. Loved the employees. Very nice space. I loved the service. I loved EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my wife here for a special occasion and she loved it. Its a surprisingly nice place in the heart of Watertown. The prices werent cheap but really werent bad considering the atmosphere and the quality of the food. If you want to try something different than the normal Italian and steak places in Watertown, give this place a try.

Just finished eating here an had an awsome experience! Had 3 different kinds of rolls and was very impressed. My wife ordered the breaded chicken and said it wasnt her favorite but was worth the try. I am rating it a 5 because I am not partial to your typical oriental place. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I have ate here a couple times, trying both the sushi and the fusion food as well as the cocktails. Everything is well made and very delicious. As other reviewers said, it feels like you arent in Watertown when you enter the restaurant. Keep up the great work. We will be back.

I loved the Dragon and Phoenix was amazing! My parents really loved the Singapore Mey Fun noodles and Japanese Fried Rice. Everything was made with different ingredients and the service was great! The price is definitely worth it. Simply the best Japanese restaurant in Watertown.

Amazing food. They have an all-you-can-eat option which has an amazing menu to choose from and a-la-carte option as well if you want something specific. Very easy to get in and get a table. Carry Out is also an option if you are on the run. And they serve beer now!
