Used family account and sign in did not work. Tried ordering online. Site crashed. Brought computer unit with me and waitress with manager could not place order. Another in line behind us tried pick up for 3 trays online order special and did not have there order. Pizza Hut manager said internet not there fault. Internet problems are out of town but I. Could place order in person. I did and total was full price!! I asked why not special price. Manager said you have too order online. As said manager could not use Internet too order as Pizza Hut site not working. Just left as did other customers whose orders went missing. Once again same thing but new special. Manager grumpy and wanted too know how too help. Said website not working. He said would walk thru steps. Website was not available at this time!! Saw feedback of non stop problems online ordering, getting wrong pizzas, etc... give up!!

Waited an hour and a half for my girlfriends fries, mozzarella sticks, and pizza. The guy finally showed up after my girlfriend tore my head off over her food not being here, and i pay. I take the food inside only to open up an empty box of pizza and food that isnt mine. The deivery guy took 1000000 years to get a hold of the store, and by the time they said they would send the whole order back out, i had to leave to take her to wilkes barre. So i left a tip and a note on my door for the pizza guy. I get back, and all they left at my house for me was the pizza, not the rest. Like, you had one job bromigo, and ya blew it. Brb while go somewhere else to satisfy my girlfriends cravings for fries.

My family and I use to go to this location all the time but after awhile the quality of the restaurant quickly declined starting with constant flooded toilets and bathrooms. The restaurant is filthy and u can feel the build up of grease on the fruniture and floor. Dishes are always greasy and dirty. Decided to stop using this location for a while until today when we went back and it was the same filth. Had to return a drinks because we found black stuff in our drinks. We also witnessed what I assume was the manager yelling at the employees really loudly And had tons of attitude towards them. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. This whole resturant needs to be revamped from the floor up.

Worst service ever encountered my wife waited for an hour and a half for a takeout pie that was supposed to be ready when she got there,never got the pie- they told her they burned it twice and she waited for each one she told me they were very arrogant and when she spoke to manager he was uselesswe have eaten in this restaurant before and the tables are rickety the vinyl is torn i imagine the place under scrutiny would be like the old anna maries,disgusting. Stay away place is not worth aggravation. Go to a real pizzaria like basilicas in dickson city.

The host didnt even took a minute to properly greet us or even offer water while we wait for our waitress, the chairs where completely filthy,sticky,floors completely dirty in general the restaurant gave me the impression that its bug infested because I saw a dead roach on the floor. The staff was too busy texting and doing anything but doing their job I just walked out awful service and nasty floors in general the restaurant is very dirty they werent busy.I end up going to Pizza Grande what a difference it was busy ,best service and very clean.

Worked here for a while..its so disgusting you wouldnt even believe,the dishes come out of the dishwasher with bugs on them..the people that work there are straight dirty and hardly wash their hands let alone have any food safety..the ice machine was dropping mold in the ice for a year before they found where it was coming from..lol they sell SO MUCH EXPIRED PRODUCT you wouldnt believe that either

Ordered at 9:40pm. Now, I really wanted wings & pizza & I looovve Pizza Hut & their deals are usually good. They call back & say the cant do our order because by the time the person gets back from delivery itll be 11:30. WE LITERALLY LIVE LIKE 5-7 MINUTES AWAY. Im 110% sure they drive to deliver, not walk. Im so mad. You dont mess with my food. No one messes with my food.

Horrible! I ordered a medium pizza, half cheese half ham with honey siracha sauce and they couldnt get that right. They didnt even give me extra ranch sauce that I asked for to go with my wings! Called and they said they were bringing a new one but I waited OVER 2 hours!!! Never had a bad experience with Pizza Hut until now!

Called at 9:45 pm for a delivery and was told they could do it. Gave them my cc info and was told it declined. Called my bank the next day and come to find out there was no transaction ever run. They just didnt want to make the order. You would think a pizza joint would want to sell pizzas. Go figure.

great service pizza guy came i got my pizza told him they forgot the sausage but its ok because i got my own pulled my hog out and flopped it down right on the pie he almost left before i could give him his tip

The food has been especially delicious lately. I have had several perfect pizzas that really impressed me. They do a good job. I wish the owner would renovate and update though. Building needs a little TLC.

Ordered online. 1 hour goes by. Call store, confirmed order left store 35 minutes after order. Live 2.2 miles from store. Cold order received 1.5 hrs after order. 2.50 delivery fee + tip for?!?!?!

Food has gone severely down hill, if youre in a pinch and there is nothing else available, its good, but, otherwise, stay away sadly. Not a good representation of how Pizza Hut food should taste.

Bad service from the attending manager. They sell bottled drinks but we are not allowed to drink them in store. It was really disappointing.
