Okay so today we ordered from Panera Bread in Wilkes-Barre. Let me first start off my saying we (me and my co-workers) called at 11:30am to have a pick up at 12pm. They said "Oh 20 to 25 mintues and the order will be ready". So I went to pick it up and got there at 12:08pm figuring it would be ready, but guess what it wasnt as a matter of fact they gave my order to someone else by mistake!!!! So then I had to wait for them to remake the order, which they did and they took $10 off, which was fine. So once I got back to work and seperated the food between everyone and we realized that our sides were missing, so no apples, no bread, no chips!!!! So I called back and the lady had the nerve to ask me if I was a regular, as if it mattered! So the woman on the phone told us we could come back and get the missing items, but at that time our lunches were over! She told me that since they already gave us a discount that should be good enough, I told her the discount was because of their first mistake not this new one! So they said next time we order they will put all of the missing items in the bag! Which I mean at this point do i really want to order from them??? I think NOT!!!! We are all very unhappy, and Panera Bread wont be getting our money ever again needless to say! Rude, Nasty and Inconsiderate people.

My stop at this particular establishment was that of a refreshing and enjoyable one. Although I dealt with several inconsiderate workers, one worker really had a positive effect on my mood and the environment in which I consumed the delicious "You-Pick-2" tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich treat. I believe the god-sent lovely maiden working was named Vicky or Victoria, one or the other. Her hair was curly brown, and when I entered the doors of this business, I was greeted by her with a genuine smile and a sincere and earnest desire to hear what I was interested in ordering. If it werent for her, I would never go back to Panera. I have always favored the salads at Red Leaf, but I know now that Panera Bread will sustain my business, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, till diabetes do us part. If someone reading this can relay the message to the worker who influenced my dietary habits, please tell her that I will always appreciate the way she has shifted my life into what it is today. God speed and God bless us, everyone.

Management needs to make sure that this place is clean. The bathrooms were very dirty. It wasnt that busy when we were there yesterday and the tables werent wiped down, crumbs all over. Plus the floor was a mess. You could see pieces of food that workers just sweep under the trashcan to hide, and whats up with the new bread(bagged dinner rolls) that you are serving now with the overpriced sandwich/soup??

Fresh n good wait rime depending on when u go not to bad moat of the rime.somerimes forgets if u added tra stuff to sandwich but when u ask the just add it.freah drinks and re nice.pricea is a bit high $$$ but still aomethi g differnt fresh and food. A lg u can split with someone on more u get 2 sandwiches.

Well, at least they made my sandwich right. A 24 minute wait for a turkey sandwich and a cup of soup? I noticed that they made the mobile orders first, the eat in next and the to-go orders last. So my suggestion is to order with the app while youre walking to the door.

Place was packed when I went at lunch time. The person taking my order was weird and thought she was funny (and she was not). That part aside, the food was good and promptly delivered to my table. This location has the new setup with table beacons and self-order kiosks.

Food was amazing, prices werent too bad, the whole place was really clean, and staff was fairly friendly and helpful! Gets five stars because it didnt fall short in any one area, something most restaurants Ive visited cant claim. And again, the food was incredible.

It was very good. Except there was a piece of plastic bag in my sons macaroni and cheese. I was disappointed that a manger never came over after I told the server about it. Other wise the summer corn chowder was tasty and the watermelon salad was refreshing my

Food is good but usually my order is wrong. Nothing major hut they usually dont out the condiments I ask for or give me utensils and since I eat there when Im at work not having the utensils that they even say on the receipt to give me they dont.

It was packed most of the times Ive been here, long line and people everywhere. Food is okay, but honestly expensive for what it is, mediocre sandwiches and soups. Not bad but not great. Chain sandwich shop, worth it if youre in the mood for it.

Meh....snob city. And no reason. Expensive. People seemed nice for the most part. Felt dirty after paying. Chix salads no beef. Beff pannini seemed stepped on not grilled. Mac and cheese was microwaved so hot couldnt eat an hour later.

Nothing to not love here regarding the menu, there are great options for everyone. One suggestion is that someone should be wiping down tables between customers. The dining room doesnt get quite the attention customers deserve.

Panera is always good. Love the broth bowls, but like the quinoa with egg better from last year. I love the express order kiosks you can use now and pay with a credit card already on file! So quick and easy! Thx Panera!

Fast lane kiosk was convenient for my custom order of a salad and locate My Panera account which I didnt had my card with me. Waited under 5 minutes for my to go order. Was very pleased with service.

Everything gets a five star except whos idea was it to change the serving bowls to a larger size that when served it looks like a half a portion. Bring back the original bowls.

My overall experience was horrible. The panini I got was severely undercooked and the soup was mediocre at best. The green tea is the only reason the review has 1 star

Very clean chain, great food. A bit pricier than most but worth it. UNCLE GERRY’S TIP: Come for coffee and wifi, the coffee refills are free as well as the Wifi.
