Had to ask for a menu, sitting at the counter. Ordered, food came. The ordered drink did not get served. Water wasnt offered. Had to ask to get an ice tea which was initally ordered. Then had to ask for a straw which the waiter had a pouch full of around his waste. Food was just, ok. They dont spare many potato chips either. Ate all 10 of them.

I have been going to DK for many years, and love their food. They have great pancakes and on the weekends they always have a special one, as well as some really great omelette combinations. If you want a great meal and fast service, this is the place to go! I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know without hesitation!

Just a bit of a reality check, the two times Ive been to DK, Ive been disappointed. OK good ambiance but if I dont clear my plate somethings DEFINITELY wrong. The breakfast chipped beef was bland, as was the biscuit, they might as well dump raw flour on my plate. Thank God for Ketchup!

Would give 5 stars if they took credit/debit cards. Its a very small place but the food is good and the staff is very attentive. My friend and I eat breakfast here often and the food is always brought out fast and the wait staff is always nearby to re-fill coffee, take empty plates, etc.

Fantastic local "greasy spoon" every time. The owner Vince is awesome. Make sure to ask for his "special" hot sauce if you like something spicy. Parking can be limited at peak times, but the wait is never very long. Its cozy and lively, just like a great old fashioned diner should be.

Smiles at the front door, food tasted fresh (rather than stale and fake like other diners), everything came out fast and cooked correctly. I see why many people recommend this place. Its worth the wait to get a seat.

Local greasy spoon breakfast joint. Pretty good selection of breakfast foods, and energetic staff. Only downside is they only take cash, but that seems to fit right in with the nostalgic feel they are going for.

Staff was great! Went early on a Monday morning and it was the regulars and me. Ordered the eggs hash browns bacon and rye toast. All were great! Loved hearing the conversations while I ate.
