Im writing this review to tell everyone the truth as a regular customer of Rams Diner. This restaurant is a very fine establishment. Their waitress Lucille (Overnights) is very kind, warm and professional. She will make you feel right at home. West Chester is a Bar and College town. There was an night in May where the restaurant was packed at 2am. A group of drunk ladies came in very loud, and bothering other guest. They were making raisist remarks. (You may have seen their review bellow - its so discusting and false what they wrote) They screamed at Lucille because they could not understand the menu. (Drunk Rage) Lucille tried to explain items on the menu but the girls just became hostile as they were drunk. All the other guests wanted to leave and some did. She professionally escorted the girls out of the establishment. She handled the situation in a very calm and professional manner. It takes a strong person to work the overnight shift. Lucille is my main reason I am a regular. Its ashame how our young people are handling themselves in public. I am sorry we have to come to realize where this world is coming to.

Stopped in early one week day morning. There were very few people in the diner. Service was poor. "Can I get you anything? Oh, let me go get my notepad". and "Would you like more coffee?, Oh, we are making a fresh pot. Can you wait a minute?" What diner runs out of coffee? Eggs were average. According to my dining partner, omelette was bland and tasteless. The only benefit is the free parking outside the borough. Guess we will head back into town next time.

So my aunt and I dropped people off at the airport and we were desperate for breakfast. We didnt want fast food, but there were hardly and places open at 7:30am on New Years Day. We ended up pulling into this diner and to our surprise is was open, in fact the sign said its open 24hrs a day. Staff was super friendly, menu had a large variety, and food was great-plenty of vegetarian options too! Cute diner atmosphere was a plus! Highly recommend!

Friends and I came in a few days after the bar and Lucille, (or however you spell that name) was literally SO rude to us it blew our mind. Referring to use as "young african america girls" also is not acceptable. We have names that our parents gave us and we would like to be referred by those said names. Probably wont be coming back, plus we got the wrong order anyway. :)

This diner is amazing. As a Golden Ram alumnus, I am very happy and pleased to know that my university now has a diner to call their own. Everything is great, food is delicious, service is phenomenal! In 30 seconds I was greeted by three different waiters/waitresses and asked if I wanted something to drink. Keep it up everyone! #RamPride

Had a horrible experience with server Lucille tonight, so bad that I will be calling the manager first thing tomorrow because I have never been so disrespected in my life.. then I come on here and see that other reviews saying she was rude to other people as well... they lost my business forever.

At approximately 11:44PM, I had arrived at Rams Diner with a few associates looking for a bite to eat. We were greeted with a big smile and seated in the VIP section by our lovely server named Maddie. If i could give Maddies personality a rating, it would be 5 stars.

As a stop on our way home, the visit was quick and filling. The quality and quantity of food you receive for the low prices they offer is amazing and the entire staff is kind and friendly. Wish I lived closer so I could experience this food every day.

Best diner in the West Chester area. Im from NJ and NJ people know about diners. Clean place, fast wait times for food, with knowledgable, servers who are presentable and nice people. I am a regular now. Food is consistently very good.

The pizza burger was delicioso! The creamy melted mozzarella hugged the burger and the sauce was much better than boring ketchup. Friendly staff. This is a great place to catch a bite any time of day.

I come here all the time and the food is awesome! The chicken Caesar salad is delicious and one of the servers, Maddie, is the best ever....totally took care of us and service was beyond outstanding!!

Went here soon after it opened and found that the quality of the food was very low. The french toast looked and tasted store bought as did the hot chocolate. Its an ok place if you dont want to cook.
