Came for a birthday dinner with a group of 9 adults and 1 child. When we were sat, we waited 10 mins before we even saw sight of our waitress. We asked 2 times for a booster seat and kids menu and both times we were forgotten. The 3rd time we finally received them, after we placed our food order, approx 20 mins from the time we were sat. The restaurant was never truly busy and always had least 5 tables open, on a Saturday night. One person in our party ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch dressing no lettuce or tomatoes; the first time around the sandwich had blue cheese on it. The second time around the sandwich that arrived was a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes, no ranch dressing, no buffalo sauce, and was burnt on the bottom. Another person in our party ordered a combo with shredded chicken that was extremely dry, if it wasnt for the success on the table it would have been inedible. The other orders came well enough and the food tasted good overall, not spectacular though. The service had a great deal to be desired. I will not be coming back here anytime soon.

Flew in to Pittsburgh and went out with my family for dinner to Smokeys. 2 family members are disabled and we requested a table. Told it would be 30 mins. After about 20, we were taken back to a section that had plenty of tables free. Kinda wondering why we had to wait now. Once seated, we waited 15 mins for anyone to come acknowledge us. A server in training had the courtesy to ask us if we wanted drinks. 5 mins goes by and the hostess Im assuming stops by to let us know the waitress assigned to our section went home and they basically forgot about us. We were compd appetizers which really we didnt want taken off. Food was ok. Probably wont be back not recommend this to any other family in Pittsburgh

I had a date night with my husband on 12/20/2016. The food was yummy, as always! Our waitress, Hailey, was super sweet and took wonderful care of us. Its nice to see someone who looks like they enjoy their job and who smiles when you catch their eye. Sandy, the manager, came over just to see how things were going and she was great! We enjoyed speaking with her. It makes you feel special for a manager to actually visit your table. Food is only a part of the dining experience. Its the friendly and attentive staff that really puts a restaurant over the top. Fantastic on all counts! Well be visiting again soon and you should too!

Service was horrible. The waitress at the bar actually said when I was ordering, "you dont want that, it is gross." There were more employees leaning or dancing than working. Reminded me of an episode of Restaurant Stakeout....I was looking around for the cameras. Food was not horrible, although for 25 or 30 dollars I do not want to look at it and be able to tell it was prepared well before I got there. I will not return.

There are not very many healthy options, but going to a place like this you should already know that. There are plenty of fried foods and all the homongonous menu items you would expect from a rib joint. The ribs are great as expected, the fried pickles, dip nd hot donuts in a bag make my mouth water even now thinking about them. Lots of TVs for the sports bar feel.

Ive been to other smokey bones locations, but I have to day this was my best experience so far. Our waitress took our orders promptly and even asked if wed like their happy hour special before it ended in 5 min. All of our food came out correctly and promptly, and we didnt feel pressured to leave one we were done with our meals.

Food here is fantastic, BBQ for days, burgers are awesome, great atmosphere, and to top it off its got a bar and the waitresses arent too bad looking either. (at least when I was there the last time I am not resposible for any let downs this is just my personal review make of it what you will)

I love smokey bones. Every time i go i get the pulled pork. I love the sauces which are nicely already placed on the table. I took away one star because i really wish and think they should have sweet baked potatoes with cinnamon and sugar with the option of marshmallow or nuts.

We visited for the first time last night. Although it was clearly a busy Saturday night we were still given great service. The food didnt take as long as expected and tasted great. If youre in the area you have to check it out! We will definitely make this a regular spot!

Both the greeters and the waitresses were dull and almost robotic. They showed little to no emotion. Added to that, the prices were way too high. I ordered one entrée and a normal desert, and it cost almost $30. Overall, not as good as I would have hoped.

Me and my family went there to eat when my sister was up visiting. We ordered the pulled pork and ALL of us got FOOD POISONING!!!! We all were sick as dogs fighting over the toliet for a week!! I do not reccommend this place!

Food is good. Beer is BS. 23oz eh? I got two 12 oz bottles out of a split bucket... Ok so 2 12 oz bottles wouldnt fit in that class but I had half a bottle left when I filled that glass. What a joke. Crooks. Try it yourself.

Not a bad place if you like smoked food. The ribs I had last time were very good for a chain, the beef brisket was OK. They were running a special on a 2lb+ bone in RibEye with two sides and two salads for $60.

Good ribs and steaks. Cook on steaks was on the spot. Ordered three different ways and came out good. Would suggest to get ribs with the dry rub since they have couple of sauces on the table. Nice staff

Food and service was good. Value, not so much. Word to the wise dont get the 2 person Bone-fire for $30 and expect to feed 2 adults. Was disappointed with portion size compared to picture on menu.
