Boston Market is a fast food chain that consistently delivers great tasting food. I have visited this location several times and my experience has been fairly consistent. The tables are clean. The staff is attentive for the most part. The food is usually delicious. My main issue is that they give smaller portions than I expect for the money. I ordered the 3-piece dark, which comes with 2 sides and cornbread. My 3 pieces of chicken consisted of 2 small drumsticks and an equally small slab of dark chicken meat. The taste was very good, but the portion size was disappointing. I seem to remember years ago getting quite a large portion when I ordered this. I would think that spending the extra to get 3 pieces of chicken would result in a larger meal, but as I already mentioned I was sadly disappointed. Also the mac-n-cheese was a bit off this time (overcooked?) and the cornbread was a bit dry. Dont get me wrong, they were both perfectly edible, but were not quite up to the quality level that I have grown accustomed to from previous Boston Market visits. With Boston Market it is usually a good experience, with an occasional "off day" every now and again. This was the first time I ever questioned my decision to get the mac-n-cheese, and it was a reminder to avoid the 3 piece dark if I am anywhere near hungry. Hopefully next time it will be better.

I came here last night with my mother and well, I noticed my bill came out to a bit higher than expected. I ordered for myself one L macaroni and cheese side and my mother ordered one L as well. As we were leaving the store, I looked at my receipt (probably shouldve done it in store) and I noticed we were billed for three L M&C sides without receiving the third. The food wasnt bad though.

I placed an order for pick up online. came by to pick it up, spent 10 minutes outside in the drive through and not a single person that works there came up and asked how they could help me. instead they kept passing by looking at me like i was just chilling there, and did not even bother to open the window. The entire stuff are morons!

They forgot my third side order, did not include gravy, the potatos were dry, the stuffing was DRY, and the chicken dinner was NO WAY worth 24.00 for three people. I tried this place after not going for twenty years, and will not bother to ever try again. The food was not good, the service was not good.

If you are trying to stay gluten free by getting the gluten free sides you may get some cross contamination like we did sadly which is why I took away a star. Other than that the food is always great here.
