There is a THIEF working at Tiffanys Restaurant. An employee there stole my phone and management wont do anything about it. So if you go to TIFFANYS, watch your belongings. All the employees acted dumb when I went back to look for it witch was literally 15 if that minutes after I left. I accidentally dropped my purse under the table not realizing my phone dropped out and the only way I knew I left it there 1. because it was the only place I went that day and 2, when it answered you could tell it was in a pocket of either a waitress or the bus boy because you heard ppl talking and you could hear dishes being hit against each other also utensils hitting the dishes. And when I called it while I was there, the manager kept telling me no one had it that he couldnt go up to all his employees and look in their pockets to see if they had it. He was NO HELP AT ALL. Very poorly ran if you ask me. The waitress who was in that section also acted like she was helping out, you could tell she knew who had it because she didnt do anything but pretent she was looking and asking people. So either she had it, the manager had it or the bus boy had it. I mean I dont care it is a phone and can be replaced. But it had all my daughters pictures on it, videos from Christmas and Easter...Like I had my memory card in it with all my familys address and info since that phone went with me everywhere and I have had the same memory card for years now so I lost EVERYTHING all because someone wanted to steal it. And the best part is I lock it, so its not like they could get into anything or even use the phone because everything has locks on it. So they basically are just going to throw it out or try and sell it dor DRUG MONEY. Horriably Employeed.

I ate here for breakfast and diner. Breakfast was fine, although the waitress asked probing questions about who was going to eat some pancakes. I returned for dinner but found it was far less satisfying. At 7:30 PM on a Saturday, business was very light. The man who "greeted us" said only "2?" to determine how many were in the party, then wordlessly left us at our table. Despite light customer turnout, our waitress was slow. Meanwhile another waitress spent considerable time complaining to her customers about how the management was treating her. When my food came out it was bland. The string beans were rubbery and tasteless, the mashed potatoes - which clearly started out life as a powder - was dry. I could have done better and Im a terrible cook. The waitress walked behind me to drop some glassware off at a station and asked how it was. Since I had food in my mouth I couldnt respond. When I later told her the food was bland she walked away without responding. She then came back and proceeded to try to educate me on when and how to make a complaint about food. I really cant find any reason to return to this place, with poorly prepared, preprocessed food and a weak customer service ethic.

This was an okay place to eat, in the past weeks it has gone way down. I was a regular there. The food has been consistently eh to okay. nothing special about. I loved the cheesecake, but over the past two weeks the same exact has been sitting on the display case, to the point where I noticed the fruit on top had begun to rot so I asked for a fresh one. The old nasty smelling woman with a thick accent who was there was highly argumentative about it being fresh, GARBAGE ON A CHEESECAKE IS STILL GARBAGE ON A CHEESECAKE NO MATTER HOW LOUD AND IGNORANTLY SHE TRIED TO TALK OVER ME. And the Manager on duty did nothing about it. Anyway a second one was brought out. The Fruit was all DRIED UP AND ROTTING AS WELL WITH THE ADDED BONUS OF THIS QUARTER SIZED GREEN/GREY/WHITE FUZZY MOLDY THING ON IT. AND SHE STILL INSISTED IT WAS FRESH I will not be going back, because if they are serving ROTTEN food to people that is a huge problem The next day we both woke up with many of the symptoms FOOD POISONING. THE PICTURES ARE HIGHLY DECEPTIVE OF WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT. I asked for a called from the owner to express my concerns, I suspect the manager selectively lost my information

Last Sunday on 3/2/2014 at 11:30 am their was two groups of black people waiting to be seated which included me and my best friend, and a couple who was next in line. A group of white people walked in to the diner and one of the women had a conversation with the hostess and asked to be seated.The hostess told the lady that they would have to wait but the lady and her company refused, and demanded to be seated. The hostess allowed this group of animals to bully her and throw out the race card in order to be seated. At that point we got upset for being humiliated and disrespected by the bullys and the hostess "this is 2014 not 1814" we decided to leave and never return to Tiffany Diner! this Diner get two thumbs down.

This place is disgusting!! My Aunt ordered crab cakes here a few years ago, & saved one to eat when we got home..Later that night she went to eat it, & in the middle of it she found a dead roach!! She called them to tell them what happened but they refused to do anything about it!! They said that it could have come from her house..Yeah a roach somehow managed to climb in the middle of a crab cake!! My Aunt is OCD, lived in an expensive ass apartment in Bensalem, & never once have I seen a roach there!! They literally had to of made the crab cake with the roach inside!! It was directly in the middle of the crab cake both length, & width wise!! Nasty!!

HORRIBLE. I came there ordered to go, a cheese steak wrap and fries. It came out to 9.71$ which i think is over priced. She gave me the bag and i checked everything was upside down all messy When i opened the box there was literally 10fries and the wrap had all tomatoes and lettuce in it. The cheese was a big clump and there was almost no steak it tasted like i ate a nasty cheese salad in a wrap. I'm never going there again and at this moment i feel like crap from the food. Wouldn't recommend going there.

This place is absolutely garbage. I went here with my mom over the holidays and our food came out raw I ordered a meatball sub, my mom a turkey pate thing and that was pink visibly it looked uncooked. But I had to actually take a bite out mine to see the uncooked meat inside. And when my mom went to complain to the manager he tried to act like we where the bad guys in this situation. I cant to tell you enough if you want to order a meat dish, do not order at this place.

Its a good diner. I mean, you can get enough food for $14.99 to feed an entire family. Were not rating the Four Seasons Hotel here. If you want to rate the silver ware then go to the Four Seasons. At the diner, theyre called utensils. Im sure that if you get dirty utensils at Tiffanys they will gladly replace them with clean ones ASAP. Have some humility, those of you who are complaining. You are probably the ones who dont even wash your own utensiles at home.
