Chipotle is honestly my favorite resteraunt going off taste alone. This location though is continuously out of prepared ingredients. I eat here prob once a week and it is almost a gurantee that they will be out of at least one item, and were talking 6-7pm. This is not because they are busy, the customer count is the lowest Ive ever seen for a chipotle. I had tolerated the wait/changing what I wanted to order, but tonight pushed me to the point of writing this review. I got there a little before 7pm, I ordered a steak burrito with white rice, black beans, fajitas. They were out of both steak and fajitas, thats fine Ill wait. After waiting about 10 minutes the steak and fajitas were ready. Went back through the line, made my order again, now no black beans, and they hadnt requested more to be prepared until I asked how long for black beans... 10 more minutes... I didnt wait. I got my burrito without them. Paid. Went to fill my cup of water. Out of ice. Went to get my lemon, out of lemons. Absolutely rediculous. Back to my car $11 poorer and a half filled burrito. This location is a disgrace to the Chipotle name.

Cant even tell you what the food tasted like because we wound up not having time to eat it! We were passing through (very rushed) and ordered online (as I have done at several other Chipotle locations) so we could run in, grab the food, power eat it, and keep going. We ordered for a 7:15 pickup. Our food was ready at 7:40 (7:40!!). We paid for it thinking we may be able to eat in the car, but that was impossible with a 4 year old. Money and time wasted. Real bummer as every other Chipotle I have been to has been wonderful and consistent! Also, the employees seemed to not give a crap that they were holding us up and didnt have our order ready (they completely ignored my husband when he asked "what was the point of me ordering online?"). Two thumbs down, Chipotle.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went to this restaurant. The girl messed my order up. She attempted to remake it and halfway through, she left the food sitting on the counter and walked away and went back to her work area. Her co-worker came over saw the food, and stood there beside it with both her hands on the counter staring at me dumbfounded and stupified. I kinda got the message that I wasnt welcome there, so I left. I wont go back. As I was leaving they were making smart remarks. I didnt say anything, I just got in my car and left. But there is no way on earth I would eat anything from that place!

Clean & staff was friendly/courteous. I found the "steak" to be fresh & juicy (usually a bit dry/tough at other stores). My only negative was an individual seated very close to the front door . . angry looking individual who looked like a homeless guy, kept glaring at me and the few patrons there. Then he began talking to himself (with hand gestures) as I was ordering. Creepy to say the least! He was not eating . . not sure why the staff let him just hang out based on his appearance and demeanor towards others.

The servings they give are terrible! You constantly have to ask for more just to get an acceptable amount. They cut up their meats into extra fine pieces and are still stingy with servings. They really need to take some tips from chipotle in myrtle beach ! Only gave it 2 stars because its still chipotle.

Food is so good!!! BUT it seems like every time I got there the staff is not friendly. No smiling. Only a few people that work there are friendly. Also last time I was there one of the girls working there was real sweaty and had sweat ALL OVER her face. It could have dripped in someones food. Disgusting.

Maybe this location has stepped up their game recently? All employees were friendly and polite. They were fully stocked with all ingredients, and my meal was prepared quickly and exactly to my liking. All good in my book!

My family eats at many different Chipotle restaurants because we travel a lot. This is one of our favorites! The staff is very nice and the restaurant is clean and we never complain about our serving size!

I go to this restaurant all the time. It is located in front of Magnolia Mall next to Buffalo Wild Wings. Nonetheless, the staff is always nice and the food is always good. Otherwise I would not go there.

This is the second time I have visited Chipotle an they were out of chicken & steak. They made no attempt to cook any either. The tables were not wiped down & the bathrooms were nasty.

If you like eating raw pieces of steak then this is a great spot for you! Also if you need to charge your phone bring a 12 foot stepladder and a safety harness.
