HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered my food and was told it would be here within 30 mins and an hour went by and by the time someone finally answered my call it was an hour and a half and no one knew of my order. The woman whom answered took my name number address and CREDIT CARD info but when I spoke to the "manager" no one knew about my order and she was very very rude and unprofessional and I was told there was nothing they could do about it because I was not in their service area but when I asked when I ordered I was told I was in their jurisdiction. NEVER WILL I PLACE ANOTHER ORDER TO THEM!!!! You should be ashamed and shut down for your ignorance. P.S. when I asked for the manager the arrogant girl replied she was the manager. You my friend need to get a job not involving interaction with the public.

Customer service was horrible! Had to call an cancel my order and the girl hung up on me. When I called back to ask for the manager she then implied that she was the manager and I asked so your the one that hung up on me and she said no she did not hang up on me but the call was lost. She then informed me that she called her driver to turn around. Then I said it was rude to hang up on me and she said she didnt and I said I am going to have to call your corporate store and once again she said she didnt hang up and I said you sure did. Anyone can tell a hang up from a dropped call and that wasnt a dropped call. Will not be ordering from there again!

I ordered 8 barbecue wings and upon opening of the package I immediately was hit with a faul pungent smell. I thought at first it might be because the packaging didnt allow any air circulation and it may just be the vinegar in the sauce....The sauce and the chicken Tasted and smelled of that pungent almost throw-up like smell. The chicken had to be expired or something. I called the store and the girl who answered said she couldnt give me a partial refund for the chicken because "thats just how they are, its suppose to taste like that". I keep giving this place a chance and I honestly dont know why.

The girl that answered the phone was really snotty with ke saying if im going to make a big deal about no delivery to youngwood she would just make the driver do it!! I told her to never talk to customers like that and she hung up on me
