I love this restaurant. The only downside is the small size due to its location. The staff is amazing and was fantastic with my son. The food is incredible! Usually when I order sushi, I order two rolls, so I sat down and chose two rolls from their menu. Their rolls are easily twice the size of any other restaurant in the area. And they were absolutely fantastic! Easily the best sushi place Ive been to in this area. For my son I ordered the kids hibachi dinner and he liked it so much that he watched me to make sure the rest of it was coming home with us. This is going to become my new sushi place for sure!

This place was right across the street from my hotel. The food was delicious. Chef Mark prepared my roll, he did a great job. It was beautifully made and plated. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are larger than average. The only reason this place didnt get 5 stars was because they refused to accommodate my custom order. Which was simply to exchange some shrimp tempura for calamari. Oh well. I still recommend this place.

Decent sushi, but I was a bit disapointed by the Spicy Kani Salad. It was signifigantly more expensive that the one that I normally order at Mirakuya wilkes-Barre and was shocked to see that I came in a small container that was maybe a cup. I ordered takeout, so have very little to day about the decor or service. I didnt have to wait at all for the takeout. Overall, based soley on the prices, I doubt I will be back.

Amazing place! Been going there since they first opened up and both my mother love coming here for the great food. They treat us so great there and honestly its fantastic how great their food is. As someone who loves sushi, it was really nice to have a place make FRESH sushi instead of me worrying about having to buy supermarket sushi...scary stuff. I highly recommend coming here for their food and great service.

Really tasty sushi and hibachi tucked away in part of a shopping mall. Its the only place in the area Ive seen Unagi Don on the menu (my favorite). Portion sizes are good, there are lunch specials Monday through Saturday, too. I like that the hibachi entrees are not overly salty and the vegetables are not over-processed like they can sometimes be when not being prepared at the flat top.

Delicious sushi and outstanding service. The prices are not bad at all, either. I checked out a little under $50 for two people, which wouldve been way more at a place like Blu Wasabi. The actual restaurant is slightly smaller than I expected, but we were seated quickly and comfortably and out waitress was awesome. I highly recommend it if you want quality sushi at a decent price.

Akita in the Shoppes at Montage has an excellent Sushi Chef. The sushi was very fresh and the portions were huge. The waitress was also more than friendly. Akita is the best Sushi place I’ve found in the area so far. UNCLE GERRYS TIP: The Sushi Dinner had 9 pieces of sushi and a generously stuffed roll for $19.00 which is a great price in my book. I will be back!!!

Who would have thought Scranton had good Sushi?? Well this is good stuff....large specialty rolls with fresh ingredients. Almost gave it 4 stars due to the typical Scranton service. But I cant blame a great establishment on what appeared part time hired help.

Delicious food and friendly service! Ordered the Fillet Mignon hibachi to go. I asked for medium rare and got medium rare prices are a bit high but totally worth it will come again!
