I love the food here but it can get quite pricey, especially around dinner. Theyve somewhat recently revamped the interior, and it has a very nice atmosphere. The staff are very kind and you receive your order fairly quickly. I give 4 stars because prices tend to be very high; especially for drinks. For example, a mango juice can run you for around 4-5 dollars. This is a great place to go if youre looking for a family outing or date, just make sure you have the cash to cover everything.

I like that it has a city vibe with decent food in a dingy town I happen to love. You get good soup and noodles but there is a basic appearance to the place and service, though friendly and helpful, isnt 5 star. Bit we dont go here for a 5 star experience. We go here for good broth and well prepared vegetarian options not LABELED "vegan"von whatever. Good stuff, fair price, mediocre space in a mediocre town.

I went there with my wife and my 1 year old daughter. Midway through our meal, we were asked to move our tables. Why???? Because our baby was crying. She was crying for like 1-2 minutes and they asked us to move over. We gracefully exited the place right away without even bothering to complete our dinner. I just have one suggestion for this place. Put a board in the entrance that says "Babies not allowed".

Absolutely outstanding spot for Thai food. Lunch prices are great -- and so is the food. Comes out quickly and the servers are polite, fun and overall great people. Parking downtown could be a bit of a hassle, but with a parking lot half a block away, its essentially a non-issue. If you work, live or go to school downtown, theres no excuse for not checking this place out.

Great place to have a healthy and inexpensive business lunch, date, or get together. It is authentic Thai food and tastes delicious. Service is great. Also, someone mentioned drinks being expensive which doesnt make sense - they are a BYOB establishment. If you bring wine, theyll serve it to you for free or provide glasses for free, as well.

My first time here. I didnt go hot and had Pad See Aew (Lunch #11)and it was delicious. The very friendly and helpful waitress recommended Mango and Sticky Rice for dessert...it was fantastic. I wanted to lick the plate. Sooooooo my first visit, great service, very fast with food to table and food was really good. Im coming back.

I was so excited to dry the drunken noodles, one of my favorite thai dishes, from this place while I was visiting family. Unfortunately for me, the portions were small and even worse, the noodles were way overcooked. The service was great, but I would avoid this place if you have high expectations.

The food here is incredible! The Drunken Noodles is my favorite dish, and the prices are very reasonable, especially at lunch. The dinner portions are gigantic and will satisfy even big eaters. Highly recommend. They do not serve alcohol there, but do allow you to bring your own.

Thai Rak Thai is my favorite Thai yet, and their chicken drunken noodle is delicious. They also serve fried ice cream and thai iced tea which are good. Lunch prices are great, dinner seems to be the same portions for increased prices. Parking can be a little tough.

They seriously either hate, intimated by or dont know how to deal with black and Hispanic people. Me and my friends thought since they treat us like shxt maybe we need to tip them even better. Didnt work. Food is good but isnt worth being treated like shxt by >_

This has got to be one of the best Thai restaurants in NEPA. Not only are the staff members friendly but the food is authentic and delicious! The ambience is fun and energetic. It is highly recommended if you are visiting the Downtown Scranton area.

Lunch specials are the same as dinner but a fraction of the price. If youd like it spicy, make sure they know youre serious or ask for the condiment tray to be brought out. Many people will bring takeout from here to the Bog.

Fresh & delicious. Its never a bad choice for dinner or lunch. Decent wait time. Ive been a customer for years and what I live most about it is that its the same owner, same cook, and I know what Im expecting every time I go.

This is a great little Thai spot in downtown Scranton! We were in on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was nice for couples & families alike. Reasonable prices compared to Bethesda, MD. Thai places. OH! Its #BYOB!

Been there once and was mixed experience. Didnt like the place much may be because we visited as large group of 15 people. Food was ok and nothing to complain about it. Not sure if I will go back.

Try the drunken noodles! I absolutely love them! The staff is always very friendly and nice. The location and atmosphere isnt the best, but the food is simply great which is really what counts.

Not really a fan. Ive given this place multiple chances and the noodle dishes are usually greasy, atmosphere is a little strange, and a friend of mine was sick after having dinner here.

They had good food with reasonable portions. Only complaint is the decorations as it looked liked a child decorated some things in there. otherwise it was a good place to eat

Reasonable food, reasonable prices. I would like the soicy food to be hotter, and more breadth to the flavors but otherwise perfectly reasonable. Just not exciting.

I am normally a very picky eater but the Pad Thai was delicious. It is a nice quiet atmosphere and a good place to have a night out with a small group of friends.

Food was okay, parking was terrible and restaurant was very cold. Extremely expensive non-alcoholic drinks, bill was over $60 and we shared meals for 2.

The food is slightly expensive for the serving size, but the service is always attentive. Tell them its your birthday. Dont say I didnt warn you.
