Seeing as this is a new location, I will be a little lenient with my review. As conditions improve, I will update my rating accordingly. The first thing I notice is a line out the door. Logically, I assume this is because its the restaurants first week of operation. However, as Im waiting 15 minutes I start to notice that Im not moving at all. Literally, after a 50 minute wait, Im finally at the first server. Only two are working the counter, and one is solely at the register. I order a chicken bowl. She gets out the bowl, puts chicken in it, and this is as far as shes able to get without making a mistake. Next I ask for white rice. As Im asking for it, she looks me directly in the eyes and scoops brown rice into the bowl. I say "sorry, white rice," as I figure I must have misspoken. She looks me straight in the eyes and says "yes, white rice," as she continues to put in the brown rice. Whatever, maybe shes color blind. I move on. We get to the salsa. She correctly points out and differentiates between the mild, medium, and spicy sauces as she is explaining them to me. I ask for the mild sauce. She looks me straight in the eyes, and puts on a huge scoop of the spicy sauce. I say "I said mild," she gets visibly irritated at me, angrily throws the entire bowl in the trash, and says "were going to start over." She made some mistakes on her second attempt, but I didnt contest and continued to the register. To her credit, the cash register was clearly competent, unlike her server colleague. All in all, the service was brutally incompetent and I will be waiting a couple of weeks to try this location again. Hopefully the food preparation staff were not as grossly ignorant of basic human communication as the food servers were, or I may come down with a case of e. coli very soon.

Ive been at numerous locations of Chipotle Restaurants. From Allentown, to Hershey and all the way in Montgomeryville. Though this location is still fairly new, every time i order chips, they are always soggy, stale and flavorless. Today I could not eat the chips and in the trash they went. Guacamole tastes different every time I got the chips too. Every time I order online and go to pick my order up, there seems to be less and less inside the restaurant eating or in line. Food itself is decent, but out of around 9 of their restaurants Ive been to, this one by far does not meet nor comes anywhere close to representing who Chipotle is as a restaurant. Will be traveling to Hershey, PA location from now on though it is a half hour drive on a nice day.

All 7 of us went, 18month old, 3yr old two 9 year olds, 11 yr old and my husband and I. We all loved it except our 11yr old. He claims he said "no hot sauce." But he saw the guy put on hot sauce and he didnt speak up. He ate it anyway. So I recommend parent to order for kids who dont want hot sauce- just to make sure. Otherwise it was a great first experience! A cook came out and asked us if everything was good. All our mouths were full and we all nodded yes and smiled! :)

Gross never ever will I eat here the one employee had her finger wrapped with gauze wrap and she was handling the food with out anything on her finger they the lady running the cash register when she wouldnt have any one she go to where u make the to go food and she would use a spoon and eat food out of the container and when she went to the next one she didnt changes the spoons and people where drinking where people can see

Its not as bad as people make it out to be. Number one, first and foremost..people need to learn how to apply grammar and spelling to their critiques.. especially if they want people to read and understand what they are trying to say. 3 stars caused it isnt a 4 star kinda place. In my opinion the best burrioto joint in central PA is Rob Burritos.
