Oh Shiz! Mane this place be hot yo. Fo' real they had some banging salads & it's Neva ending - what!!!! Neva ending salad bowls with da vingarette dressing mmmmm my mouth stayed watering . Bread won't stale either ...think it was made in Heaven! My server I fo'got her name but she so nice & I kno she aint spit in my food cuz I was all nice hoping she give me more bread sticks!! My meal was good I got da salad soup & bread fo like $6.95 & my date he had some scrumptious azz meal with meat potatoes some veggies ..all da food groups . We left a big tip cuz we tryna dispell da myth that us black ppl don't tip. Olive Garden go hard ! I love this place . They tables Neva dirty - eat here they have all fresh everything !!

Our waitress was great. We had really bad experience this time. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. Simple dishes, kids spaghetti and meatballs, kids chicken tenders, my husband and myself, spaghetti and meatballs. My daughter us about 30 minutes into our wait, ordered her food and had in 10 minutes as we still waited. It finally arrives, kids broccoli was cold, but rest theirs was okay. Daddys and my food was good. My silverware was filthy. Our waitress was so sweet and apologized over and over again. I assured her it was not her fault. This was my 3rd try there. Will not go back to the Hampton Olive Garden ever again. No problems ever at the Newport News or Willamsburg locations, those are always great!

Just ate at this restaurant tonight. Our waitress Brittany seemed to be very high off of some drugs. She kept wiping her nose with her index fingers like every 2.5 seconds. She walked passed us and seen that our drinks needed a refill and didnt even bother to refill them. It was another couple sitting close by us that walked out after being there for about 30 minutes and she didnt even bring them drinks. Maybe they should drug test her because she was all over the place! The food was decent, we did tip 8 cents cuz that was all she was worth. Probably will eat here again I just dont want that high waitress anymore!!

My boyfriend and I have been having a rough week, so we treated ourselves to Olive Garden. The service was FANTASTIC. Our server, Lizzy, was honestly one of the best servers I have ever seen. The young lady was sweet, polite and always asked how we were doing whenever she would walk past us. There are no words to describe how fortunate this Olive Garden is to have Lizzy there. The cooks were the best as well. The food was very delicious and never disappointed us. Thank you very much Lizzy for making the end of our week great!

We love Olive Garden but not this one. The musty mold water smell was very bad. Not sure if the carpet needs clean or if the might of had a flood. Our seats were right next to the kitchen. I can only imagine what the food would have tasted like if the smell coming out the kitchen turned my stomach. If the smell wasnt enough to make us walk, the dirt on the wine glass definitely were. We decided to leave before even ordering drinks. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you are a cleaning crew or health department.

We always eat at the bistro tables and usually get excellent fast service. During a torrential downpour, we were turned away from Applebees, who had no flooding. Three quarters of a mile away, Olive Garden had a flooded parking lot, but did not close, and welcomed us immediately with drinks. Thank you! We were lucky to make it through flooded streets to Olive Garden, parking next door on higher ground. Very good management team who considers their guests safety and comfort.

Me and my family went to this olive garden on 11/24/16 only to be turned away. We waited for almost an hour and when we were finally seated, the waiter told us that it would take an additional 50 to 60 minutes before we would have our food. He said that they were short staffed and had only 2 chefs working. We were at this restaurant for almost 2 hours and never got to eat. I will NEVER EVER eat there again. They aint even worth the 1 star I gave them.

Last evening my family and I visited your restaurant, we are from out of town and had a very long drive. Brandi was our server last night, and she helped us to finally relax for the night. She was very attentive and kind, always making sure we had refills on everything. She made our experience very well. She is an excellent server and we wish we were from around here so we could come back to see her! Thank you Brandi and Olive Garden.

There were 5 of us at the table. 2 children and 3 adults. They serve unlimited salad. Yet I was told that I had to order another for myself because salad didnt come with my order. But they will only put one bowel of salad on the table. I didnt buy a salad but I helped myself to all the salad I wanted and dared them to say anything anything at all. Other than that we had a wonderful time? I like olive garden.

This is by far the worst olive garden Ive ever went to. They messed up our orders. They didnt apologize for it then they just got the manager to be our server like we are in the wrong. Then they still made us pay for the meals.I love olive graden but this is the worst one i ever went to in my whole life. I used to work in a restaurant and having US pay for food THEY messed is a huge No No.

What can I say? Its Olive Garden, which means the foods gonna be pretty much exactly what you expect - but where this location shines is in service. The staff obviously cares about customer service and are quick to strike up friendly conversation if youll let them. Its always a pleasure to come here. Call-ahead seating is available and HIGHLY recommended. This location gets PACKED.

Service was excellent. We had a group of 6, and our orders were pretty complicated in their varying ways (food allergies, ordering to-go, modifying orders, etc.). Our waitress took it in stride, and was upbeat the entire time. The food was also very good. The quality may not have been quite worth the cost, but between the quantity and the service, I think it was worth it overall.

Honestly, this is probably the best Olive Garden Ive ever been too. We ordered takeout one night and it was so good that we got it twice more within a couple weeks. We always order takeout because we have a toddler, and sometimes togo orders can be lackluster. Not here though.it was fresh and delicious every time. We both did the create your own tour of Italy all three times. Lol.

“Never Fails to have awesome food” This is a family friendly causal restaurant. If you enjoy smoked meats or Southern pulled meat BBQ do not miss making a stop here.
