Just Me
My husband and ate here tonight and it was the first time for me in 8 years. I quickly remembered why I stopped going. The service started off very slow as we had to wait about 10 minutes just to see our server and place our drink order, also ordered an app with our drinks and then ordered dinner when she came back with beverages as normal. Appetizer came out and 2 minutes later so did our entrees. Very bad timing on the kitchen staffs part. They werent even busy. They did ask to put our food back in the kitchen until we were ready but we didnt microwaved food so turned it down. When the waitress came to refill our drinks instead of asking us to pass her our glasses she reached her arm across my plate and put her armpit in my face to grab my glass. So uncool! Then had to ask twice for our check and turn down dessert twice. Very disappointed and reminded why I stopped going. Will not be back as no one said they were sorry or even made an attempt to make the service better. Paid full price to be disgusted and eat cold food!

Our waitress was brook tonight, and I have always loved going to Fridays. Tonight was it. This place has gone DOWN HILL. I watched as everyone around me waited 15-20 minutes before even being acknowledged. I had a steak dinner and my boyfriend hadnt even received his second order of his endless appetizers by the time I was done, and I didnt scarf my meal down. The ceasar salad was DISQUSTING. Brook was terribly slow. I got the wrong sides with my meal, and waited another 15 minutes to getA SHED POTATOES. Some of it is the kitchens fault but brook was deathly slow. Theres no excuse. Ive seen this place packed full with no problems and they were barely busy and barely staying afloat. Extremely disappointed, not to mention I puked in the parking lot because of how sick that nasty salad made me. Will not be going back to ANY FRIDAYS. Because the one in Virginia Beach and Richmond, are just as bad... dont waste your time or money!

If I could give this restaurant no starts I would. I went out to eat with my friends and it took the waiter 20 min to take our order. Once we ordered it took forever for her to give us our drinks and even longer for our food. I asked for cheese on my fries and did not receive any. Our waiter was not attentive to us at all. Then the environment was very unprofessional I look over and see waitresses sitting down laughing and cussing which is very rude and disrespectful. And then to top everything off I look At my bank account like 5min ago and they overcharged me. This was the worst service Ive ever had in my life and Im NEVER coming back here and I wouldnt recommend that anyone else eat there either.

I went there the other night on a date because our first chose was closing soon. We had 2 shooters and she had a mix drink I had a beer she got some shrimp pasta and I got a burger. My tab was $90.00. I could not believe my eyes. They did not know how to make the shooters. Had to tell them how to. And then they charged $15.00 a peace for them her mix drink was watered down and wayyyy over priced my beer was only slightly cold her pasta was over cooked her shrimp was robbery. My burger was dry. And I still cant explain you you how my bill was $90.00 I was still hungry when I left. And didnt feel any thing from the drinks complete waste of money and time extremely disappointed will not be returning

Horrible. Went in on a Wednesday at noon. We were there for over 90 minutes. The place was empty. Our server had 1 table other than us. Refills took 20 minutes. No joke- we timed her. Two from our party ordered the endless appetizers. Each order took 20 minutes as well to come. No explanation or apology for the slow service. She was nice, just did not seem to care at all. No manager visible either which is not normal. I used to work for Fridays and there was always a manager on the floor. In sum, we will not be dining here again.

My husband and I were hungry late Sunday night so we decided to find a restaurant that was open late. I looked forward to a nice night out but I was totally disappointed the service was horrible. Our waitress didnt appear to want to be there. We felt as if we were interrupting her. She spent more time talking to the bar tender than serving us. My steak was over cooked and my husbands food was cold. That was the worst experience Ive ever had at a TGI Fridays.

The General Manager is a liar. Jason and his staff needs to be retrained to competently record and complete a carry out order.... He claims to be the owner and general manager, which he is not. He wasted my familys time and money by not completeing our order we called in and by proceeding to argue with us about the quality of our cell phone service... It was completely ridiculous... No one has time for the foolishness... Go somewhere else.,,

Went at lunch time. I was greeted by two cheery lovely girls holding both doors open for me. I felt very welcome. Sat at the bar, I was the only one there at 11:40AM. Served immediately by the cordial bartender who did not screw up my order. Food was maybe a ten-minute wait max and was very good -- a little pricey for shrimp and fries ($15) but it was a good, quick, and quiet lunch. Definitely will go back.

TGI Fridays use to be one of my favorite places to eat. Now the price is just too high for the quality that it offers. The food is pretty good, but the restraunt often feels cold and dirty. They also advertise a "gluten free bun" in their menu, but they dont actually sell one. They will just wrap the burger in lettuce if you want the GF "bun".

Usually i dont care for Fridays, however this particular Fridays was good. It was clean, our waitress was friendly, she kept forgetting to put refills in on endless apps but she was very busy. Other than that she was great, i was torn on a bday dessert and she suggested an AWESOME dessert which was my 1st time trying and it was very delicious.

Bar Staff continues to disappoint. 2 or 3 are good but most spend more time at the back of the bar gossiping and complaining while customers wait for service. The mgr should make that back of the bar area off limits to off duty employees or make the water cooler spot out-of-site of patrons. It gives off a idgaf professional atmosphere.

I came with a group and like the experience because I seen how the adults paid for the unlimited appetizers and the kids ate with the parents. So I called to see the age for the kids to pay and eat and was told 4 and up had to pay then get to the restaurant with my whole family in the rain and was told my one and two year old had to pay
