i am a former employee of the Bel Air, MD Vocelli Pizza. i recently quit because of the current general managers(Kenny Brown) lack of morals and customer concern. he wanted me to cook 2 week old chicken for a customer. the chicken itself was a pale white and smelt of decay. he has been getting away with serving rotten produce for months now and i could no longer stand for his inconsideration. i am honestly amazed the store is still open. we have received weekly complains regarding increased gratuity on customers credit/debit cards. if you order delivery always pay cash for this reason. my own family has had an issue with this. the pizza sauce is never covered or refrigerated and on countless shifts i myself have had to pick flies out of the container of pizza/garlic sauce. i agree with other reviews the pizza is delicious but the conditions within the kitchen are far less then cleanly. the general manager also brags on various occasions about how much marijuana hes growing in his home. he has made myself and others very uncomfortable with his claims of selling marijuana out of the store. it makes me sad to know after 4 years of working there, this is what its come to. Myself and other former employees have contacted better business to bring this too light. if anyone else out there would like to help us put this to an end youd be doing the community a big help. i feel its time people really know what goes on there.

I am really disapointed that you have changed the way your peporini rolls are prepared. I managed one of the most successsful pizza shops in Baltimore City. The one thing I know, recognize, and respect is consistency. IT IS GOLD. The owner gave me a $10 dollar credit when I confronted him about the new preparation methods, admitted to the new product, and was very, very nice and respectful. Unfortunately, the Pizza Rolls were the one thing that awarded you my business over several other Pizza shops in the area. The $7.99 treat that accompanied average pies gave you my business. The peperoni rolls are so bad that you might consider them a free appetizer if you had a restaurant with seating. Unless you are willing to change the way they are cooked, you cannot count on my business. This saddens me.

The food here is Amazing. Although the price may be a bit higher than other places 10.99 for a large + toppings, they always put Coupons on there if any exist for your order. After eating here, eating Dominos or Papa Johns is just disgusting. Their delivery drivers are very kind and quick to be noted so be sure to tip. The 1800 number is part of the corporation, the store owners prefer it if you call the store itself, the number is above. Their Cheese-sticks and pies are so good, each pizza is stretched, docked, and made to go. Their dough is ordered by Ninos Dough. Id say give it a try.

This place is excellent. I have ordered various items from the menu, many of times, and the quality has always been up to par. The employees are always pleasant and the price is very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend the Pepperoni rolls and Italiano sub. Dont take advice from disgruntled employees or customers who dont realize that its 2013 and not everything costs five dollars; take advice from me- this is the best pizza/sub shop in Bel Air, in fact, Im going to place an order right now!

I was totally ripped off when they tried to charge me $40 for 2 pies, got them to reduce it to $27, their claim was it was "gourmet" you call this sketchy 800 number and someone on the other side of the world picks up to take your order, last time I go to Vocelli
