Horrible... waited forever for our subs (only 2 of them with no special order to it) then we drive home to find that my Italian sub had SO MUCH HONEY MUSTARD(not supposed to even be on this sub) on it that it ruined the whole thing... tried to take off the top bun and the cheese AND all the lettuce and tomatoes and still had so much honey mustard on everything I had to throw it out... if you are going to make people wait 15 to 20 minutes for food at least make it right... if I hadnt left my receipt on the counter I would have insisted on my money back... never going to this firehouse again!

Good customer service. The food is always delicious. However, I once asked for peperoncino and was given whole peperoncinos on my sandwich, and the worker told me that they do not slice them which I at the time did not know was false. Regardless though, what sense does that make?! Ill mark it up as a fluke.

Always good food and friendly service. Tried Quiznos today again because they deliver here! Regretted that decision badly. I used to love Quiznos but its been a while since I had eaten there, and it will be forever until I eat there again...Should have went to Firehouse, live and learn.

This place can be a bit busy and the food takes a few minutes to make, so if you have a limited meal break, I recommend calling your order ahead, so it will be ready when you get there. I get the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and it is just amazing!

Tried their "Club on a Sub" sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. I only eat subs on occasion (and am really NOT enamored with Subway) but this sandwich was very special. Really good eats. Nice clean establishment as well. Two thumbs up!!

I love this place and I am picky when it comes to sandwiches. All the sandwiches are steamed and come loaded with meat and toppings. I always get my order right away and the staff always has a smile and welcomes me in.

If youve never been, Firehouse is a slightly pricier sub shop with great quality and service. This location is just as good as any other Ive been to. Hampton was long overdue for a Firehouse!
