Look lady. Its just hamburgers and fries. Lose the attitude. If you wouldnt talk over me while Im ordering then it would work much better. Im sure your computer asks you certain questions in a certain order, but if you would wait 2 seconds you would hear that I want fries and a drink as well, and you SHOULD be able to figure everything out from there. Also, when I point to the big cup available, and then you hand me a small, I correct you, and then you feel the need to give me an education on cup size even though I said Large Drink. You would have heard that if you werent talking over me asking if I want fries and a drink. Also. Is this guy sleeping for 45 minutes while I eat, normal? Visit was 3/1/17 around 3:30PM

Went there with my family. Fries were SO salty i couldnt eat them. Veggie sandwich was horrible! Tasted like a soggy mollusk... how is it possible to strip mushrooms and onions of all taste is beyond my understanding. And the red and white interior. Ugh. Just...why? Uuuuugly! But, the good thing i can say is that they gave us a free shake because it took them a long time to make our food, and the strawberry shake actually tasted like it had real strawberries in it, so thats good.

Shakes! At five guys! With my burger and fries?! Inconceivable! But in the good way. Im not usually one to use exclamation points, but this was already the place for the best fries anywhere, and really good burgers (with a great variety of available toppings). Now they have a really great example of everything a $5 milkshake should be. They even have peanut butter. And you can get bacon in them?! Who knew that was an amazing idea? Not me, but I do now. Go there.

The fries are soggy and not fried all the way through giving an overwhelming taste of a raw potatoe. The burgers are overpriced for the quality they provide. Too greasy and they can be messy if you dont specify what exactly you want on your burger. The shakes is on point tho, ya dig? Ill only come back if Im ever drunk and without options/standards... Or if I just want a shake.

Fries are NOT being cooked to company specifications ! Tables and chairs are in disrepair and sticky. Employee shift change brought in dirty and very tired looking workers . no employee showed a wish to be there. How sad... The Newport news and Williamsburg stores are very impressively ran.

Great burgers and fries. Just a bit expensive. They offer malt vinegar for your fries, love that! Even have a great veggie sandwich. But get the veggie with cheese so it doesnt fall apart when eating it. I like their soda flavor options. And peanuts are available as a free snack.

Was not impressed with the cheeseburger I had. Was not much better then any other fast food burger but so much more expensive. The A/C was also out and it was stiflingly hot in the restaurant. Would not go out of my way to eat there.

The staff was awesome! It looked great in there. The food was so good, but its just greasy. I got a milkshake and it tasted really good, but it wasnt mixed too well. Other than that stuff, I really enjoyed my experience here!

Personally I love the food at 5guys. The fries are thick cut and delicious the burger is a little greasy but you can taste the delicious real beef they use. However I find they are slightly overpriced

The prices just keep going up. The quality of food is solid but its just not worth the restaurant price they want when I can go anywhere else and for the same price get an even higher quality burger.

Always a good time. Cashier was awesome and food is always good. Just wish they had more Coke flavors, but oh well. Fries galore! You could feed a third world country with an order of large fries.
