For the record, I enjoy firehouse subs :) However, I ordered my food online, paid for it (cant complete the order without doing so) and an email confirmation was sent. I went to pick up my food, what I thought would be a fairly quick process, had my phone out and ready just in case I needed to prove my order purchase. I went to the register to pick up the order but went to the restroom first. When I came out, the manager (short, Middle Eastern lady) asked me to swipe my card for the order (the food was ready to go). I asked, with a puzzled look on my face "Why? I already paid for it online". She responded that the card did not go through in their system. Odd, hence I am a pro at ordering online and if the card does not work (i.e. wrong card info, declined etc.) then the order would not have gone through. So I swipe my card in the store and warned her if I get charged twice, Id be calling my bank and this location to refund the transaction. She understood and offered to give me her number (when she explained she was the manager and would make sure of it) just in case. I thought okay....then my card didnt work there. So granted, I double checked my account (although I knew I had funds, I wanted to be sure there was no suspicious activity occurring on my account) and even went to get another card but I knew there was no issue with my card or account, it was their system. So out of frustration, I called my bank to triple check...still no issue. Now I was left without a lunch short on time (which I called to order an hour in advance). I called the store back, politely explaining that "perhaps the system should be checked", to avoid losing future customers....especially online, because "I just left WAWA with no issue of purchasing food" (gotta love their hoagies as well). Instead of listening to my suggestion/complaint, the manager rudely spoke over me and became defensive without even considering that a computer system could in fact be flawed. She was so unapologetic in the store as well and dismissed me by hanging up on me. The service was horrible and Firehouse Subs should strongly reconsider offering franchise opportunities without ensuring better management. It leaves a bad taste in the mouths of patrons and harms the brand! I will NEVER return to that location again!

Went in about 6:30 and while waiting on my food I noticed a sign that said to ask to see the health Inspection score by the register. To my understanding it is supposed to always be displayed. When I asked the manager (Indian guy) if I could see it they told me that it wasnt out because they just got inspected Friday and they havnt brought it back yet because the oerson doing it was training (made no sense). So I asked to see the old one and he told me it was in the back somewhere and started to get an attitude. I asked again to see it because be thought telling me it was in the back was good enough. So he went to look for it and came back and told me he couldnt find it. So they failed to provide a health Inspection score which I believe is illegal. I will not be eating here again. I was going to post the picture of the sign but it is not giving me that option.

I truly love firehouse subs! However, the one on Victory BLVD takes forever to get you your sub. Then, when you add something to your sub, they always forget to add what you paid for. The guy that works the register does not know anything on the menu what so ever. I feel that all staff should know what they have. The overall quality of the food, i must say, amazing! Even though the food is superb, it does not justify the 15-20 minute waits for your sub. Especially when one only has 30 minute lunch break. I have went to this location twice now and my order has been messed up, maybe a third time will be a better.

Manager on duty was a horrible representation of this company. When my order was wrong, he never once apologized and was talking to the employees to figure out what happened while I was still on the line. The single most unprofessional manager EVER! He hung up on me and refused to talk to me after he was rude and kept interrupting me on the phone. I will eat at firehouse again, but never from this location!

If you accrue Firehouse rewards points and want to redeem them: this store has accused me of hacking the system to get free subs (ridiculous!) and when I try to redeem anything they will give a horrible attitude and their system magically doesnt work so they give every excuse under the sun to not redeem what youve rightly earned. I shouldnt be treated like a criminal for redeeming YOUR rewards points.

Food was delicious, not the largest selection of cheeses, sauces or seasonings but still delicious! The girl that took my order was very nice, energetic and polite, even though its noon on christmas eve (my receipt says jignesh s., she deserves a raise) will be coming back because of the great customer service and good food!!!

Slow service. Sloppy sandwich. Messed up the one detail I asked for. No effort to make their customers feel appreciated. This location is terrible. I hope they get new ownership or fix their business practices. Id like to come here on a regular basis if they fix how awful they run their store.

Great sub shop. I eat here once a week as it is close to work. The staff is enthusiastic and polite and know the menu - I admire the way they successfully upsell me to a better sub than I ordered. The food tastes great, comes out fast and the place is clean.

After I got home the Order was wrong. I called manager was supposed to call me back, she did not. I went up there, stood at the register, no one acknowledged me. I left the wrong subs on the counter and I will never go back there again
