If it would let me give no stars i certainly would.. Walked in paid immediately noyiced there was barely any pizza on bar , ok they are lil busy but when i went and asked if they would make a certain type of pizza pepperoni and pineapple they said sure and i waited over 35 minutes no pizza they even gave me a place number to put at my table. Wheni walk back up there to ask, the cashier said she didnt know looked at me like she had been high all day and wanted to get OFF. Putting blame on a girl thwy said was new how team work must work there.. no pizza on the bar. It lok messy the only person who was doong any work and busting his ass was the, bus boy or the guy who cleans the tables .. i gave him a 5 dollar tip be ause he took out about half the store what it seemed to be like 5 minutes i mean cleaning every table.. seriously need to get some employees that want to do more than just collect money .. someone who wants to work. .. all of those girls in there lazy standing around talking when it was so obvious there was work to be done.... never again . I mean never again..

I am only giving one star because I cant give zero. The service was horrible. There was no food on the buffet had to wait a long time for the food to be made and put out. There where no bowls even after telling 3 different workers that bowls where needed. No straws my sister had to open the cabinet and get the box herself and put them on the line. The marinara sauce was nothing but grease. The gentleman that cleans the tables was very nice and he went to get the bowls. There where 6 or 7 people working tonight. And there where 4 people standing against the wall just talking and joking around. And when I called for someone to assist they just looked at me and then continue with what ever they where doing. And when I went to the front to complain the girl didnt call the manager nor was she apologetic about the horrible experience. Then when I asked for the corporate number she told me to hold on and went to the back and got a guest check with writing that read " chop " and phone number which she said was the district manager.

Been there only 2 times, the first time was an ok experience. The best thing was the all you can eat, but they didnt have many choices available. My boyfriend and I decided we were going to give them another try. So when we went the next time, we didnt even get to eat, they handed us 2 dirty cups and we asked if we could get the paper cups since they were dirty. The girl told us she has to charge us, we asked to speak to the manager so she went to the back and some guy came up with a huge attitude and said "my cups arent dirty, they were just washed, show me" so we showed him and he said nope not dirty, but it clearly had brown marks all over the clear cups, including scratches that clearly show they have been worn out. So we asked "so are we able to get the paper cup?" His response was "with an additional price." Well at that point we asked for our refund since we already paid to eat, and we got the refund and left as well as a few more people that were in line behind us also walked out with this situation.

Tonight while at Cicis on West Mercury I was trying to eat with a few close friends and have a nice night but it was however not so nice. First of all at one point there was approximately 4 pieces of pizza on the entire buffet. Which to me is strange considering its an all you can eat buffet so I feel as though there should be more options and quantities. Secondly, there were these 2 men who jumped this other guy right in front of the entrance, brass knuckles and everything. So this place doesnt seem the safest. Also, at one point the manager was yelling at this young lady and told her if she was unhappy to just leave and not come back which seems rude and not very customer friendly to me. And last but not least there were no cinnamon rolls on the buffet the entirety of my visit. I do not recommend going here, unless you want dinner and a show and you question your livelihoods.

This is the second time we have visited this location and been disappointed. Extremely slow pizza turnaround even though it was not many people there. Dressings bottles empty, garlic bread thrown haphazardly onto tray, no straws, after waiting I had to go request them. The drink station was disorganized and needed to be wiped down. There were crumbs along the base of all the booths. Dust on light fixtures. To top it off after dinner my children love to go to the arcade however half the machines were out of order, the token machine was out of order as well so the games that were working could not be played. I gave them 2 stars because at least the pizza was good. All in all another horrible experience we will never go back.

Absolutely horrible! Staff was not friendly and it was so extremely dirty no it was filthy that we left and asked for out money back. I did not even want to sit at the table. All the empty ones were so dirty in the seats and the table. Not food spilled. It caked up grossness. The food bar was dirty with crud and the plates were dirty. The drink machine was covered in months old Soda. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in years the front door handle was so covered in film and crud I used my food to push the door open! Will be calling the health department Ive worked at a restaurant and this is by far the worst Ive bee seen I would have ate off the sidewalk before I ate off a plate here!

Compared with other Cicis, this location was below average. The staff walked around with a laissez-faire attitude and seemed to not understand their jobs. The buffet was poorly stocked even though there was only 4 families in...wait time for fresh pizza was longer than anticipated because the "cook" would just vanish! Food quality was sub par with little to no toppings. Finally asked the manager to clean the serving utensils because a little child, who recently sneezed into his hands, went pizza to pizza. Her response was that they clean them at the end of the night! SMH Cicis...way to be a buffet of germs! AVOID 5HIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

Worst cicis we have ever been to. We have tried them at least three times and each time has been worse. Tonight we entered and didnt even get the typical welcome to cicis greeting. It took a staff member forever to come to the register so that we could pay. The buffet was way under stocked, the restaurant had dirty tables in disarray everywhere, and apparently they didnt have enough clean dishes, yet all the staff were dragging their feet. Never returning!

Wish I couldnt give a star and since I have to give it the one star its just because the salad was the best thing in the restaurant. There was barely pizza on the buffet and when my fiance wanted to order her own kind of pizza they would let her. Also my fiance tries exchange her change for dollars and the manger told her he would only thing he would take was her quarters. I totally wouldnt recommend eating nothing but the salad. The service was horrible.
