The food is fair the menu is standard for a chain restaurant bland typical all American cuisine they take no risks no daring choices on the menu. The drinks are good. There publicity stunt of $5 dollar martinis Mondays is a joke capped at 3 martinis an hour you are flagged and tapped out if you drink and dont eat. The floor manager will flag you with no explanation or warning. I had to get up from the table and ask why we were not being served anymore. Totally unprofessional. The staff is not professional I was flirted with by my waiter and stalked on social media by him. Just an all around awful experience Bonefish / Carabas chain has lost mu respect and busines untill they chhange the menus to something more exciting

Each experience I have had at the Bonefish Grill has been good, with great tasting food, good service, attentive servers, and quality atmosphere. The menu offers perhaps not the widest variety, but what is there is done with a high level of competency. The wait for the food seemed a bit long to me, but that may be due to the time I was there (peak dinner time). Lighting is low (some may find it harder to read the menu in the dimmer lighted areas) yet tasteful, and each visit has resulted in cheerful conversations with the servers who seem genuine. While a bit on the expensive side, Bonefish Grill delivers on the food and feeling aspects of eating out.

Service was excellent and the food was excellent as well. My wife ordered medium rare steak and it was much too rare when it arrived. We simply asked them to re-heat it. The manager delivered the steak which was now medium-well. When he realized we were hoping for medium rare he apologized, took the meal off the bill AND prepared another entire meal to take home. We told him he didnt need to do all that but he wanted us to like the restaurant and to spread the word. Consider the word spread. I also liked the atmosphere of the place, more of a subdued light approach instead of the carnival atmosphere you get at so many chains. Well be back. Thanks.

Great decor. Good menu, too. Be very careful with what you order. Ask questions, if you know the basics of food and restaurants. Here is an example of what is wrong with a chain like this: cerviche ... What they serve is not cerviche. Not at all. They cook the fish. The put a lime marinade over it. I was very surprised the item was not taken off my check when I told the manager point blank, "This is not cerviche; this is cooked fish with a dressing poured over it." The response was that real cerviche did not sell well in this area. Odd. But, this is the only place in town to get fresh grilled fish, and the wine selection is pretty good.

We just came back from what will be our last visit to Bonefish Grill. This morning I received an e-mail saying "$6 Bang Bang Shrimp each and every Wednesday." Our friends were happy to go with us as they had a coupon for 15% off. Being seniors, we like to have our larger meals at noon. We were both disappointed to find that neither of our coupons were valid. When I came home I looked again at my e-mail. Sure enough in the smallest type possible it read, "Theres nothing like Bang Bang Shrimp on a Wednesday night." I felt like I had been fooled. Food not bad if you dont mind paying a rather high price for it.

My husband and I was trying to figure out where to eat for lunch. We were near Park City Center and noticed Bonefish Grill. I liked walking through the revolving door and being greeted with a welcome by the hostess. She sat us at our table and told us our server would be right with us. Everything was explained to us from the specials of the day to the soups/chowders. We enjoyed our meal and drinks and finished with the Macadamia Brownie for dessert. The coffee was great too!

The food is fantastic. The servings are enough for two meals. I always have to get a to go box. One time they made a mistake on what goes with the meal that I ordered to go. To tell the truth they could have removed what was wrong and I would of never noticed and I told them so. They insisted that I receive the wrong order and the correct order, plus gave to cards for complimentary bang bang shrimp. ☺

Went for lunch today with my mom and sister, to celebrate my sisters bday. Appetizer of Bang Bang Shrimp was very good. However, we each got an entree, and were not impressed with the quality of the food. However, the did give my sister a dessert on the house, for her bday. We were just really dissapointed with our food. Will not be in a hurry to go back. Waiter was very nice.

We go to the Bonefish Grill for special occasions. Their food is always excellent, their fish and chips are the best Ive ever had. You will not be disappointed by the quality. It is a little expensive, and the restaurant is poorly lit, but these are small issues when compared to the delicious food.

In Lancaster on business. Our waitress for two nights was Heather. We couldnt have asked for a better server..nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was great on both nights and they had $5 Martinis. No complaints whatsoever, and I can be hard to please!

Ive eaten here several times and have been very impressed on every occasion! Very friendly staff, quick service, and most importantly, the food is consistently very good! Given the opportunity, I will definitely eat here again. Highly recommended!

Day after xmas and every place was packed so we decided to try here. It was not busy at all which is a surprise, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. Very relaxing environment, great wine and even the bread was delicious.

Bang bang shrimp are literally my favorite thing since sliced bread. They are so good that as much as I love my momma I nearly slapped her. If I was Jewish Id convert in order to be able to enjoy this amazing seafood delicacy.

Poor service. Aaron was a horrible server and should not be front of the house. He is rude and not attentive to customer details. Our party was VERY unhappy with the service and management did not seem to care.

Had an anniversary dinner here, and the food and service were both very good. Two things that stand out for me: 1) Ahi tuna was executed very well, and 2) The Ocean Trust Tropic Heat Martini was VERY hot...A+
