Stopped in here for lunch one Sunday, and was pleasantly surprised all around. The food was very good, and plentiful. My wife had an omlette, I tried their reuben, and my daughter had a roast beef club sandwich. We were all very happy with the food, it tasted very good, and was very satisfying. The roast beef club was particularly good - with thick slices of real roast beef (not processed). The reuben could have used a little more corned beef, as well as a little more sauerkraut, but overall, it was good. The service was very good - the wait staff hustled and were very attentive to refills for water, iced tea, coffee, etc.... Glad we found this little diner, as it will be some place we will be back to visit.

Lets just say wow..... My girlfriend and I drove past here quite often and its always packed. So today we decided to give this place a try. We are glad we finally did the service is hands down top notch. The food was delicious and filling and the prices were lets just say I could eat here more often then cooking at home. Will definitely be back next time were in town. Our server Bonnie was very friendly with a smile and quick on her feet. Thanks again for great service with a smile.

The food was insanely quick. Like, Im not even sure how they had time to put in our order and cook it. The place is a little small and seems like it can be crowded. The food overall was ok. Nothing spectacular. But, if you want to be in and out, this place has you covered.

The food here isnt particularly outstanding, but the Hallamshire Family Restaurant will offer you a good portion of food for a good price, served up by great staff. Out of the couple times Ive gone here, Ive been impressed by the friendliness of the staff.

Hamburger was done the way I wanted it, but, the lettuce on the bottom of the burger made it impossible to hold and eat. The chicken corn soup was excellent. Mother said it was the best she had ever had. Very nice place overall.

This is a fantastic place to eat. Home style food always hot and fresh. Great selection of deserts. The staff is always on the ball and happy to see you. Very easy to hop off of highway 30 and get back on after you eat.

Arrived at 8 and they were busy. Thats a good sign. Service was very good , food was too. Mid priced. Coffee was excellent. Building was nice and clean I would definitely come back.
