I do not visit that much anymore because of My disability ! However,when We visit,I have experienced a Small Bit of trowble getting "HOT FOODS"! However,If I can get The person who took My order to respond to Me ,They respond "Swiftly " & with a "SMILE"To heat My food UP! They are "Always willing to exchange " Something for the Meat on the menu I never take! We love Your Breakfast Meals & because We may come at lunch time to 6 PM Your staff is so willing to cooperate ! I must SAY I didnt notice untilMy granddaughter had Our Baby ,I went to see them in Parkville We tried the 4 person carry out dinner ! They appreciated it,although it was "Pasta"He did see "ROAST BEEF"! He is very difficult to please I was a BIT LEARY about ordering a dinner for 4 ? I ordered 2 dinners to go-He was "disappointed " I hadnt ordered the 4 person dinner! The next time I did & since than We have ordered "MANY TIMES" the dinner coming back for that Meal ! He WON"T EACH CHICKEN OR PASTA .However,He has just left to go once again to pick up a Family Dinner ONE MORE TIME, I felt certain There must be a way to express My 100% DELIGHT IN Your carry out meals ! They are delicious & very EASY on the budget if You stay with "one" Family Dinner !" It is so much easier ! I can also "TRUST" You to give Us the VERY BEST DINNER We can purchase in the area & even with My sensitive stomach Ive not had ANY ISSUES as a result of eating Your "Roast Beef Dinners" ! Wonderful! :-)

Worst Bob Evans ever! We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated (that was understandable), but we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food. Neither the waitress or the manager bothered to come to our table in those 45 minutes to check on us. When we asked our waitress, who was hanging out behind the register, if there was a particular reason why we had been waiting so long for our food we were told "the kitchen is backed up, it may seem like there aint a lot going on in the front, but there are a lot of tickets for the kitchen." When we finally got our food it was horrible. Spoke to the manager about it and immediately received the same attitude as waitress had about it. Wish we could say we didnt eat the food and left, but my kids were starving and began to eat what was half-way edible. Waitress never came back to our table. We get it, restaurant staff have bad nights when everything that could go wrong does, but good customer service goes a long way in those situations. As other reviews have said, just take the extra five minutes and go across the street to Cracker Barrel, its worth it.

Walking in to this place you would think its alright with a good amount of people. Waited 25 minutes to sit and then ordered my appetizers and food. Then proceeded to play pokemon go until I realized I was parched and me or non of my acquaintances have gotten their drinks. 45 minutes in and after talking to the front we got our appetizers. Curly mozzarella sticks...how are sticks curly? In an hour and 15 after we got there we get 5 out of 7 meals. And One out two soups that was colder than than the managers response to us telling about our service. But one is missing pancakes and another is missing French toast. Then they tell us they are out of bread . . . how? Then continues to come back and forth asking if we want the manager...duh and he failed to realize our drinks were empty...thanks Karr. We eventually leave bellies full 2 hours later with a 20% discount like thats a big deal. So if you want to see a movie you might as well come here it takes the same amount of time and you can get even emotional than a chick flic too bad its anger.

Came in and stood in front of the host who literally just stared at us, even though no one else was there. Finally we prompted her by asking for a table. She replied "5 minutes" again even though there we atleast 7 empty tables. So we sat patiently, a couple minutes later she walked us past 4 dirty tables and sat us at another table covered in crumbs and a dirty napkin!! If they were busy I could understand, but the manager was just standing there. We decided to leave without sitting, and no one even asked why as we walked back out!! Maybe they are just used to that kind of thing lol. They pretty much made me feel like we were inconveniencing them to be there at 10am on a Saturday....Thought that was when you were suppose to go to Bob Evans, I mean arent they a breakfast place. Not for me, anymore. Lunch or dinner for that matter.

Ate here tonight with my mother; it was the first time I have ever been to any of their locations. Our server (Rachael) was sensational!! She really lived up to the slogan on the wall, which said they treat strangers like friends and friends like family. She brought out fresh rolls before our entres were served. Our food was good but was not served at the same time. My moms hash browns were hastily cooked and still soft in the middle. My knife was not clean, which was not a big deal since Mom did not need hers. Overall, the food was good and generous portions, even when ordering from the smaller appetite menu. (Honestly, no one needs more than this amount of food in one meal.) It was a great experience!! Unfortunately, Bob Evans does not exist where I live and I will be leaving tomorrow morning on an airplane.

After being told the wait is "45-60 mins" at cracker barrel, my girlfriend and I decided to come to Bob Evans. We walked in and waited about 5 mins before being greeted by a gentleman dressed in all black (Im guessing the manager AND HE LOOKED TOTALLY LOST!!!) we waited a pleasant 20 mins to be seated and waited another 20-25 mins for our food. I ordered the rise & shine and the eggs were bland and the potatoes were badly undercooked and my girlfriend did NOTTT receive syrup with her pancakes. She had to stop in the middle of her meal to go to the counter and ask for syrup bc our waitress NEVER came to check on us! I LOVVVE Bob Evans in VA but this is the worst experience that I have ever had in a Bob Evans restaurant. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT!

Ten minutes to get a cup of coffee and there are only 6 customers inside with two waitresses. When Tammy came to take my order obviously she was not listening as i had to repeat the order 3 times. The place was dirty, smelled like old dirty water and the waitress appears to not have washed her apron in weeks and the place just opened 30 minutes ago. The other waitress was busy chatting (complaining about work) and texting on her phone. The coffee was horrible, the biscuits a bit undercooked, the gravy, and eggs were ok but the bacon was limp. I did receive a hair as a bonus mixed in with the eggs. I came here because Bob Evans was a place from my youth. Like my youth, i should have left this in the past as well.
