Its a good thing the manager knows what customer service is because his waitress that was assigned to us definitely does NOT !!! We sat for 20 minutes before we asked to have our waitress found only to find out it was the one we flagged down. She got our drinks and order right away but waited til the soup was COLD to bring it over. Then after waiting another 20 minutes for the drink refills Tony call a manager over explained the situation and he took over our service. The food which was already ready, came out COLD (like it had been in the fridge overnight) because she had left it on the shelf while she was waiting on one pot pie. The boys food was finally brought over and we were told that she was waiting on the second pot pie. They were cooking the other one so Tonys was hot and mine was freezing cold ... In the end the service picked up after the manager took over. The server came over and apologize for her bad service.

We had a coupon and so we decided to go to Bob Evans, since we hadnt been there in years. We enjoyed the bread they gave us to start the meal. My wife got grilled chicken and I got a burger. The burger was okay, better than fast food, but not what you expect from a sit down restaurant. Maybe others have improved while Bob Evans hasnt, not sure, but it seems Bob Evans beds to step up their game here. My wife enjoyed her chicken, she said it was juicy and has decent flavor. She concurred that many other restaurants make better chicken, but it was still good. Overall, we both agreed that Bob Evans had to step up their game to keep up with their completion. But, can infer place where they win is in price, they are much cheaper than the competition. So, for cheap food thats a bit throwback, Bob Evans isnt a bad option.

Went around noon on a Sunday. It took 15 minutes for our server to acknowledge us and take our drink order. Returned about 10 minutes later with the drinks, but he didnt want to take our food order quite yet. Another 10 minutes passed before he came back. You could tell everyone in our section was frustrated with him. While a few people from our section approached the managers to express their concerns, they did little to help the situation. Most experienced managers would lend a hand in that section to make sure refills are being taken care of and food was being delivered quickly. They were quite content to hang around behind the counter chatting it up. It was obvious once our food did come out that it had been sitting out for a while. Poor management sets the tone for poor service at this store.

The restaurant has THE WORST service Ive ever experienced! We went in on a Monday morning (Memorial Day) and were seated pretty quickly. Our waitress took 10 minutes to come over and order our drinks, another 10 minutes to bring us our drinks, and another 10 minutes to come back to order our food. 30 minutes later she brings out half of our food order (eggs and bacon undercooked, no toast, no sausage gravy) and gives the table next to ours, my food order. The people that sat in another section before us were already done eating and gone before we even got our food. Absolutely ridiculous. I did complain a LOT and they finally said theyd comp the meal. I will NEVER go there again!

Well I must say that this is the first Bob Evans that I have gone into where I was extremely disappointed in the service; however, as usual the food was really good. My number one complaint honestly is that I sat next to a nasty unclean table the entire meal even until I left. But on top of that there were about 20 people seated and one waitress not only taking orders and serving but seating people as well while a bunch of other people basically did nothing, so you can imagine the wait times. The staff was loud and obnoxious in the background as well. I went there on a Friday morning, I hope they were just having a bad day.

I had a late brunch just before 2 p.m. I sat at the counter, and my order was taken right away. My special requests were taken care of completely, and the food came out as ordered, but also very quickly. I asked Charles and Cody to pass the positive feedback, not only to my waitress, Shay, but also to the kitchen staff, who often only hear what went wrong.

Just walked out. ..after waiting 20 minutes for a large black women with enough attitude for 10 people (manager not sure ) to clean a booth and it wasnt busy. ..sorry she had to do her job ..we were finally seated server stopped by and never returned. ...DO GO THERE! !! went to honey bee was seated right away and served. ...

This restaurant has the worse service, customer service and management. SHAWN HUFF is the manager that sent out French toast totally burnt, when it was sent back...it tool 30 minutes then was still nor t right. He refused to take the meal off of the check. Horrible service.

This Bob Evans is horrible now! Been going there for many years. Food was cold, waitress was only good thing tonight! I felt bad for her! Manager was unfriendly and acted like it was our fault??? Really never going back! I will drive to Columbia.

I just walked out because we sat there for 20 minutes and did not even see a server to order a drink!! I was very unhappy with the service and no one even asked why we just got up and left!! Never going back there again!!

The waitress Heather Andrews is on point, very polite, and brings our food out fresh to order. They make it a comfortable environment for all ages. From my 3 year old up to my husbands grandmother who is in her 70s
