I ate at this Taco Bell a couple days ago, and there were 2 people working there. i had to wait probably 10-20 minutes for my food. Which normally, Id overlook. The problem I have with this particular instance, however, is that I overheard the girl at the register explaining to someone else that most of their staff is these teenage boys who just dont show up for work, or show up whenever they feel like it, or even worse, they make a pact to all not show up. This angers me for many reasons. Something should be done about this. Whats worse is, im almost positive I have food poisoning from eating there. My symptoms started about 12 hours after I ate there, and have been ongoing for the past 2 days. I imagine that if the majority of their staff cares so little about their job, that food safety and handling procedures are not being followed. Either way, I will NEVER eat at that Taco Bell again. I have eaten there in the past, by the way, and never had a problem until this time. I dont know what is going on, but it sounds like there are some SERIOUS staffing issues that NEED to be fixed!

I realize Taco Bell (tb) is not a 5 star restaurant and I dont have high standards for my fast food, however I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this location. Having been to over 30 different tbs, I order the same thing at each Tb I go to so I am very familiar with the menu and consistency of the products. That being said: A man with long yellow fingernails took my order and placed my cup face lip-side down on the counter when I was less then two feet away from him. My wife ordered a small drink and 3/4 drinks she chose from the fountain were watery as if the drink syrups were neglected to be replaced. I dont expect five star dining at a fast food restaurant, but I expect employees taking your order to be well groomed and for drinks they charge you for to be available. I will give this business 1 more chance. But in the short term I would drive 35 minutes out of my way for a good Tb that encourages grooming and well stocked fountain.

Worst customer service ive had in years. First the manager gave me an attitude about wanting a freeze (their machine is broken). Then when i order. I specifically stated no lettuce. And i got an attitude when i brought up my tqco that not only had lettuce. But had 0 beef. Then when my 2nd item was wrong from my order. The manager had the audacity to tell me, well, you didnt order no lettuce (my reciept says differently). Then admitted that she gave me the wrong order. But had the worst attitude about it. Will not ever be returning to this. If it was possible to rate less than 1 star i would.

Cant follow simple instructions like holding certain ingredients, and no exaggeration there is about an 80% chance they will forget an item at the Drive Thru. I would give them 0 stars however occasionally, you will have a friendly person taking your order.

Its pretty standard taco bell fare - you know what youre going for and you get it. Prices are generally good. Service has its highs and lows. Nothing beats taco bell when youre in that cheap taco mood though.

If you have unlimited time to wait for your fast food this place is for you. After 15 min i asked for my money back and mysteriously the 2, yes only 2 items were ready. A taco and a burrito. Atay away.

Usually good, however they put the wrong food in mine and my friends bag and i got a chicken quesadilla and it had a small hard bone in it from the chicken. Ruined it for me.

Drive-thru here is the worst no matter what you order your waiting at least 15-20 minutes for Taco Bell its okay but I wouldnt what to stop there on a regular basis
