worst ever night. really pissed off poor service. really bad service night. ok guys i really appreciate your job, I know you guys in a hurry and lines of customers. I know you have to serve first drive-thru customers. But folks my condition was your mistake. day before as usual i ordered 2 dbl Chalupas and 1 Cinnamon twist. when came to work and open the bag 1 Cinnamon Twist and 2 some kind of taco with chicken or pork I dont know. I brought it back in the morning That time Mike was very understandable manager and he told me on my way back to work 12 July evening come and my guys will fix it for you. when I came back told to the new cashier situation and they were aware about condition. SOOOOOOOOO here all starts, he said wait 2 minutes and my order will be ready soon. When I came in it was 22:20 or 5 minutes later as I left my phone in the car. after me 2 customers ordered meal, one of them was CHALUPA BOX!!!! Windows are wide and huge, so you are able to see drive thru customers. 4 drive thru and 2 that customers got their meals. by that time I was almost late to work. And then I went to cashier and ordered 2 DOUBLE CHALUPA AND A CINNAMON TWIST, but this time I paid. If you gonna fix the problems this way, hell nooooo.

We pulled in at around 215 am the car in front of us was sitting there doing nothing for 5 min so my wife ask whats going on they said waiting for systems too reboot so they finally order and move up then we wait forever again when we finally get to window 20 min have gone buy my wife demands a discount we were ready to leave without our food we were sop mad then comes the nicest most respectful employee I have ever met he said the car before us ordered a rediculious amount of food and I do remember seeing them hand out like four stuffed high bags but the point is we were mad as hell and by the time we were ready to pull out we were very satisfied all because of Mike the window employee best customer service Ive seen in a long time he deserves a raise

You gotta Love a place where you can get a complete meal for $5. The $5 box is the way to go. Ive been to this Taco Bell a bit since its close to my apartment and they have never messed up my order. They are also not like some Taco Bells where you feel like your stuck in an 80s commercial asking "wheres the beef?". They usually fill them up pretty well. My only complaint is the soda machine is "off" and the diet Pepsi tastes flat. That seems to be a Taco Bell trend company wide, at least in my experience.

service was terrible employees act like its a hang out not a job. 2 soft tacos,2 potato grillers 2 soft drinks and a nacho supreme $20 thats a joke so was the quality of the food the soft tacos are 2 or 3 bites then your eating Shell only . the nachos were old the chips were softer than the half a scoop of meat and cheese and the potato grillers had maybe 4-5 potato chunks Im a smaller guy and I was still hungry after $20 unbelievable..

We stopped for the double stacks we wanted 3 of each they had signs in the windows and on the menu in the drive thru but when we ordered them the lady said we dont sell them anymore i asked why they were on the menu and in the store windows she said " would you like to order anything else " I guess to avoid my question so we didnt order and drove off we wont stop there again

I think the food is great, but there is a small problem. I always get the cinnamon twists when I go to Taco Bell, but the last time I went, they tasted different. I dont know what they added into it, and that made me nervous. I have never gotten the cinnamon twists ever again when I go to Taco Bell. Besides that, I would recommend it.

I would not say this is the best food in town, its a chain resturant and it is just like most chain restaurants. Most of the staff is short with you and not friendly whatsoever! However, if your looking for a meal or snack late night this is one of the only places open. Not horrible, but certainly not my first choice!

This is an easy going, clean and attentive and ok priced good quality fast food, like most, Mexican restaurant. The acoustics are obscured because people talking on the opposite side of this restaurant project as if theyre right next to you. Ive never heard voices but I kept thinking someone was next to me talking lol

Friendly staff, although sometimes the order isnt quite right from time to time. I dont expect it to be a perfect experience as it is a fast food restaurant, and the instances in which theyve flubbed the order the place was pretty crowded. Overall good experiences, and I remain a Taco Bell lover haha

I drove to the Taco Bell on Lebanon Church this evening at midnight. Hands down the worst fast food experience Ive ever had. They totally forgot my Doubledilla Meal. Then just to "top" it off they felt like they had to put 50 taco sauces in the bag. Whoever works this shift should be fired.

Since this Taco bell has been revamped, it really looks great. The service is still about the same, which is to say fair to middling. The West Mifflin Taco Bell is almost always crowded, and thus there is usually a wait. The food is well made, though, and tastes pretty good.

Ordered at 11:22. Now 11:55. My friends and I ordered three triple double meals. Two people came in after us and got the same food already ate and left. Would have had faster service at applebees across the street. Perhaps once the food comes out it will be ok? Losing hope

Your average taco bell. Used the drive-thru, took me about 7 minutes or so at lunchtime, with three cars in front of me. Efficient & friendly. Burrito bread was soft, and the cheesy bean & rice burritos were as good as any other branch.

Very clean and efficiently run outpost of this chain known for their cheap food. Tried the latest special beefy potato rito and got a small tortilla filled with velveeta and some other unrecognizable substance

Love the food hate the service. Just sat in this drive through for 1 hour 20 minutes and still having gotten my food! It took so long they lost my order!!!! I want a refund! Doesnt even deserve one star

I was there today around 3:30. I only order some nachos, but the two ladies at the drive-through were the most Pleasant and kind hearted young ladies. Their smiles and kindness brightened my day.

This place is usually 50/50 shot of the did is good or not. For instance last I ate there I got a taco shells filled with lettuce. Other times it was fine. Quality control isnt in their dictionary

Literally sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes waiting for our food, to now be told at the window they cant make our order because they ran out of soft taco shells. Worst service.
