Sad! We had a family of 7. The "lemonade" & "iced tea" was VERY watered down. The waitress got everyones order correct except MINE. I ordered a hamburger with pineapple and other fancy stuff. She brought me a boring Bacon Cheeseburger. Ugh! Im diabetic and my super was low. She brought me the correct burger & I took it home. We were served our food with out silverware AND no napkins! It took quite awhile to get napkins. One person in our family eventually went to the waitress station to get our own. Frustrating!

Red Robin is delicious. The chicken tenders are to die for. The fries are the absolute best and the seasoning is amazing. It only got 4 stars because it is a delicious restaurant, but they have been slacking. We order to go from there a lot and every time something is missing on the burger or something is not right. I wish when you order to go they would put more seasoning on the fries and double check everything. You should try Red Robin!

Tonights experience was terrible. We got a carry out order and they were rude, almost being dismissive when we told them we were there to pick up an order. When someone finally brought us our order, my wife caught that they had completely forgotten my hamburger. It was so chaotic that she wanted to leave quickly. Unfortunately, we didnt check the entire order like we should have as they had left out my wifes soup.

Ive been to this location before. The food is always excellent, but the service was mediocre. Went on Tuesday, August 5th and had Meghan (sp?) as our waitress. I will be requesting her every time that I visit. Again, the food was great, but nothing can ruin an experience like bad service and Meghan made our lunch experience a good one. Kudos, Red Robin! Keep hiring quality servers!!

Ive been a Red Robin patron since the mid nineties...food this trip was good after my order was sent back and corrected...after over a half hour wait. (3 adults and one kid. All ordered burgers). Waitress mustve been new. I sat with an empty beer glass for quite awhile before I caught her and ordered another. Albeit atypical, this visit was not good. Better luck next time I guess.

I had originally given this place a positive review, but I went there tonight and we set there for 30 mins before our order was taken. It took another 35 mins for the food to come out. On top of that my food was not right and had to wait 15 mins longer for a plain Angus burger. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

We were really looking forward to the onion ring appetizer, but they ran out. On A day like Fathers Day seems like they would have made sure to be fully stocked. However they did give us a free dessert to compensate. Just not the same without the onion rings. Came a long way for Red Robin today. Everything else was great.

This was our first time to Red Robin. It was lively and exciting. We had a great time my husband, myself, and our 7 month old who slobered on a fry the entire time (dont judge). Service was friendly and efficient. Burger and chicken sandwich were hit and delicious. We will be visiting again. Thank you Natasha!

They were pretty busy when I went,they forgot our appetizers. The main course came before the appetizers,they gave us the appetizers for free and dinner for 1/2 price. They were very apologetic and very nice,the service otherwise was right on. I can see myself definately going back in the future.

We were seated for over 20 minutes and the 5 servers in our section didnt even acknowledge our presence. We walked out, but notified the hostess and she only said, "well sorry." Zero attempt to recover our business. This wasnt even during a busy portion of the day. It was 2:45pm.

Red Robin is a decent burger joint. Way overpriced for what you get even though the food is pretty good. Never have had a bad meal here at this location. The jalapeno coins are excellent. I give it a three-star rating just simply because of the price for what you get.

Awesome spot to eat. Clean and up to date. Our server was excellent, came back multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. No complaints. Paid with the tablet they provide at the table and left. The tablet makes the whole process much easier. I love it.

The sweet lady working the bar, Regena, who was also mentioned by another reviewer, she deserves a raise. That lady was working here tail off!!! Enjoyed it here! I have been coming for almost 4 years. I always give Regena a $10 bill as tip!

Their Bonzai Burger is the best. And made perfect here. The Whiskey River Burger with a second patty for only $1.99 more is quite a mouthful. Need to cut in half. Done perfectly. French fries hot. Service quick and server friendly.

The food here is about on par with Red Robin standards. The fact that they offer sweet potato fries instead of normal fries is a win for me. The staff is nice and the place itself is usually really well managed.

Regena who works at the bar is great, always give her a 20%+ tip. Its a good thing you get unlimited fries, because you get cheated when they bring them out, but thats every Red Robin and not just this one.

Food was good as always, but the service and drinks were less than satisfactory. Ordered a sprite, tasted like carbonated water and then ordered a sweet tea, which consisted of tea-colored water (no sugar).

Our only visit to this RR location was not very enjoyable. The burgers were mediocre and the service was sluggish. Their selection of craft beer is also not what they advertise. Its narrow and unfulfilling.

Food is always good. Floor is sticky. Spills everywhere and nobody cleaning them up. Long wait for server to appear at the table to take drink orders. Our server was Telia and she was not a good server.

Dont expect to get what you pay for. Soup was not fresh. The bowl was hot spup was not even warm. Very small portion for the high price wait staff slow
