My husband and I went to have dinner there yesterday for the first time. Havent been to an Olive Garden restaurant for many years and our meal confirmed as to why we never went back...The marinara sauce was sour and had no flavor and the Spaghetti was over cooked. What I had was Chicken Parmesan. My husband has spaghetti with meatballs and said it too didnt have any flavor other than basil. We added cheese twice and he still added salt to his meal. The salad was nothing more than iceberg lettuce, a tomato and a few black olives which was wilted and a couple pieces were bad that I had to remove them from my dish. I should have said something, but really didnt want to complain at the time....BUT what really upset me was the fact that our waitress offered us a Complementary GLASS of wine, which my husband first said NO, but I said its complementary so lets get one. So she brings the wine we asked for and poured some in the glass and had us taste the wine to see if we liked it and then asked if we wanted her to finish pouring us the glass of wine... Only later to find that we were charged for that wine. His was $7.00 and my was $6.50. So we paid $13.50 for wine we really didnt want and she knew it from my husbands first answer saying no...I didnt appreciate being tricked into paying for something we normally dont buy when we go out to dinner...I wont be back! The mill was over $45.00 not counting the tip for one of the cheapest meals you can make...Heads Up on the Complementary wine..ITS NOT FREE!!!

So just left olive garden, first to be fare, my wife and love olive garden, but tonight was a major disappointment, I have a hearing issue and where we were seated was next to a very load crowd and we asked to be moved to another area, of which there were a few, however we were told if we wanted to move we would have to get back on the waiting list.... And the place was very crowded, again we love olive garden but to have to wait for another half hour after were seated seemed unreasonable, why should my handicap cause me to be treated so unfairly, so we left and found a very nice Chinese place just a little north called Chens.. excellent food with large portions, thanks for the mistreatment Olive garden, I found a new place to spend my money....

Poor service! The waiter disappeared for 20 to 25 minutes at a time. Our drinks were filled once and had to wait forever for our bill and to go boxes. At one point during the meal I went to their counter where several staff were gathered talking and ignored me...they finally asked me if I needed anything after they finished their conversation. A training manager finally came out and I talked with him, acted like I was crazy when I told hem what was going on. Said he would take care of it. Then when I went to check out I took the bill to the front of the restaurant and was told I would have to wait for the waiter to ring us out, then we were overcharged. A our nightmare! Sad part is service was good in the past!

Horrible! I love Olive Garden and always order stuffed chicken marsala. Out waiter had to ask if we would like more tea after already being told we wanted it and he said he was getting refills. We received the wrong appetizer. Our salad was never brought to the table. The stuffed chicken marsala dish was the incorrect dish. Part of the childs meal was missing my when the waiter realized he couldnt handle all the mistakes he sent the manager to the table who brushed the entire thing off like it was no big deal. I guess my Olive Garden days are done.

Never felt so unwelcome at Olive Garden. The Waitress Starts with: Hello im your waitress , Bartender or whatever you wanna Call it. We thaught to leave instead because it was a very Strange Feeling how she Act with us , but we didnt because we like the Food and we were Hungry. I forgot her Name but she worked at the bar Area that evening .She Really have to learn how to Talk and Act (and dont lean at the wall when u talk)to Customers. I gave 2 Stars because the Food was ok, but the Rest was Really Bad.

A little overpriced since a lot of it is from the freezer but its still pretty tasty. The cheese fondue is awesome and cant beat the soup salad breadsticks, in all honesty the food is American Italian my German grandmother makes better pasta sauce. The help appeared to be stoned and we were ignored the majority if the time, I Will not return even if u payed me

When they say your family they really mean it at Olive Garden in Cramberry! Thanks to the manager(i think his name is Dan) & to Barb our sever!!! Thank you both for the good time ! The Aviance was spot on with an Italian theme. The entire restaurant was impeccably clean. Devin, our server was exceptional, knowledgeable, and very personable. The 5 Cheese Fondula appetizer was very good as well as the Stuffed Chicken Marsala I ordered. My wife and I come here often and have never once been disappointed.

I love Olive Garden but will not visit this location again. It was bad enough with the staff standing behind me talking and laughing and making childish jokes but decided to leave when they started making sick jokes about the meatballs. I would make sure that your idle staff was not congregating on the floor.

Terrible service, my husband didnt get his water refilled until we got our check! Payed for unlimited soup salad and breadsticks, never got more than one! Waitress was making us very uncomfortable and ignoring my husband asking for water or salad. She had a remark every time he spoke a word! Wont be back!

This place is a disaster! Called hours ago! Told to be here for pickup, waiting on to go line for over 45 min, and have moved 3steps! This is the very last time Ill ever eat at this mess! Im not one to complain, but this is the suggest mess Ive ever seen ! Stay away! I know I will!

Olive garden is my favorite restuarant they have the absolute best chicken fettuchini. The servive is great the waitresses are very friendly and helpful and the manager came to our table to see how we were all doing he was very friendly. I would go here every week if I could.

We had dinner here this past Sunday. Food was good, for Olive Garden. The wait wasnt terrible. But those tablets on the tables are very cheap and annoying, reminded me of those pointless bar top games that the drunks would waste money on.

The service this Sunday evening 02/21/2016 was nice. I hope the chefs take an easy hand to salt (on chicken Marsala ravioli) next time, though it could just be my taste versus general taste.

They were very very slow, waiter was nice, the food was good but some of got sick on the way home, it was not food poisoning. Told us it would be 15 min wait and it was a 30 minute wait.
